HORRIBLE! No way of getting any help from this company, at all. It tells you, if all else fails see your HR. I don’t know about anyone else, but do they really think that HR has the time, knowledge or patience to help employees? I have never had so many changes made to my logging in instructions in my life. DO YOU ALL AGREE THAT THIS COMPANY PUSHES THE BOUNDARIES OF EVERYONE’S PATIENCE? Is it not our decision when to change our passwords? I go through hours of frustration just to look at MY …………… yes, MY PAYCHECK, not theirs…………. MINE! Also, having had my own business and actually used this company for my payroll, they are not cheap! You know that there are other payroll companies out there, RIGHT? Helpful companies.

THE ADP site is TOOOOOOOOOOOO complicated, I went in circles trying to get to my “account” and the secure page would not let me in “at this time” When did cyber become so &^%$%%^^^ paranoid?

going around in circles trying to get my password changed, even called companys payroll division, never get email to change it. Adp, ipay hardly ever works from paycheck to paycheck. Have to change password every time and then the reset info is not what i used to register the first time

The ADP Ipay system is terrible.I cannot log in and going by the comments above I am not the only one that is having this issue. The system will not connect at all.
