I received noti notifications that my parcel was undeliverable as it had been lost in transit but I have tried their instructions and advice to get a refund and just went round and round on the website with no success. I could only get a refund if I sent the product back!

I had a delivery today which I found on my doorstep in full view from the street, the courier marked it as handed to the customer. What a lie! They didn’t ring the doorbell, I had no notification on my devices.

You are breaching my legal rights to remain anonymous and relaying my data to third parties without my express consent prior to relaying said information. I have already notified you that no data will ever be relayed or permitted to be used by any company/ organisation/ credit score in fact anyone. Your company and departments included. As for the law as it stands prior to EU laws Britain had its own laws and part of them laws was that if you feel your data is unsafe any said data can be removed to prevent fraudulent action occurring in your name. Now we have left the EU those laws are now legal standing in British laws and not EU ones from the now past. So your email stating a parcel was lost violates my legal rights. All your data you have on me including name/email/address/phones number and other such information it is illegal for you to store as for me protecting my identity personally
