					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve been a loyal customer, I&#039;ve been using prime on a trial basis, I&#039;ve also spent a lot of money with Amazon, I&#039;ve just made a attempt to return a item that I received damaged, I was told that I had to pay for the return, when agreeing to use prime on a trial basis,returns will not cost me, one of the returns were made because the process of purchasing it was complicated, I am now being told that the cost of my return would cost me half of the purchase price.
I will be closing my account with Amazon,and will use eBay, which I never had a problem with returns.
I am still waiting to get my returns picked up.
I cannot return my order to the UPS store nearest me because I am wheelchair restricted,and have no family,or friends I can depend on.]]></description>

I have gotten a new router and since then, l have problems with alexa. Prior to that, all was fine.  I have two 2 kindle tablets. I tried calling tech support and l spent a very tiring time with the tech without  results. Please advise. I am getting angry! And disappointed. 					<description><![CDATA[My Prime Account was hacked from what seems within the Amazon system. First the Logon was changed without my permission, Amazon sent the reset to my original email. Second time- one day later again to another 163.com type email. Amazon this time created a non-Prime account and did not allow me to regain access of my original account. This is now 14 days old and I do not have my original account back which has books and movies I legally purchased from Amazon. Today being the 17th of February 2018, if this is not resolved by 19 Feb, I&#039;ll be submitting both Better Business Bureau and WA State AG complaints for withholding legally purchased items. I really hope Amazon cares about it&#039;s customers as this whole process to regain my account has soured my attitude towards Amazon. Customer Care which has been outsourced, is not at a level of quality as would be expected.]]></description>

My wife and I ordered a couple of flashlights from what we thought was an Amazon sight. The flashlights were sent to us in a timely fashion, but were not what we ordered. We ordered 2 XML-T6-A8 police flashlights, but received 2 HMY/WYS UltraFire flashlights. Upon calling Amazon, it came to my attention that the flashlights we ordered were not even available. I was also told that this was a 3rd party company using the Amazon label &#038; box. This could be considered criminal in some circles(advertising an article under false pretense). The first representative I spoke with was of no help &#038; hung up on me, the 2nd tried harder to help me but was overwhelmed by our situation. Just thought someone higher up should hear about what is happening in the actual day to day.
