I was very dissatisfied with the lack of help I received for my iPhone issues. The so called supervisor named Jackie refused to give her last name and told me she couldn’t do what had been previously mentioned to me that could be done. I have not been able to upload or update apps due to card info but with all the breaches in social media and other public platforms I do not wish to give my card information to any company unless business related. Apps are not. I simply wanted the option to select none as my payment option but after an hour on hold and on calls I was met with snarky responses and and all our unwillingness to rectify my situation. My case number is 100720293447. Again the supervisor was very rude and went as far as to not send me to the proper department so that I could turn in this phone that has ultimately become a waste of money. I have the iPhone X and will gladly go back to Android! Due to your horrible customer service you have lost not one but two customers. My daughter is/was also an iPhone user.

Since the 10.1.1 update i hv been having Bluetooth problems.. my Bluetooth devices booth connect but the connection is skipping and cutting out
