I have had a bad experience shopping Boost Mobile, located in San Jose CA, Torres Prepaid; 4112 Monterey Road E 1 95111. 
I was made to feel bad about purchasing a telephone. The clerk who was there said her name was Madeline and she was rude and didn&#039;t care in assisting me. Madeline couldn&#039;t speak English. Madeline lied and said come back to the store to transfer information from my old phone to my new phone and I went back to the store 2 more times, and she couldn&#039;t help. Madeline said she would call me when her daughter (the other cashier) was there, and she didn&#039;t call.

The other lady who was working there (daughter) was supposed to meet me at the store, and she didn&#039;t show.
I&#039;m ashamed and was made to feel small in front of the other customers.  The cashier just wanted to get rid of me. I will not shop this store again.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Got new phone &#038; number mid Nov.so my old phone/number were deactivated (supposedly) Well recently found out they took payments out for BOTH phones in December &#038; January!! Okay, went into Boost store, they weren&#039;t sure what to do so they called the main people talked to lady who checked my acct...guess what? No record of it!!  They said &quot;because boost no longer owns that number (old one) they have no way to pull up any info on it&quot; and for me to go to my bank to get money back   WTH?? At my bank I got print outs clearly showing all the payments and said Id have to dispute charges but she wasn&#039;t too sure that it would be approved!! 
So at this moment that&#039;s where I am. Going to start making phone calls and hopefully get my money back...not holding my breath though. OH plus its set up on auto-pay so i&#039;m sure it will continue I was told!!  That&#039;s a bunch of crap!!  They wont take another penny from me, Id close by bank account if I couldn&#039;t stop it....if it came to that!!  I&#039;ve had boost for as long as i can remember and never had any big problems, yeah customer service sucks, but I haven&#039;t had to deal with customer service a lot so I&#039;ve been okay pretty much.

Anyone have same problem or any helpful advice??]]></description>

I called the insurance company and they said boost took my claim off September 2 2016 I didn&#039;t do it.i don&#039;t know how  to do it.The boost retailers store in Charlotte nc 28203 remount rd and south tryon.They are running scams on people black people at that I don&#039;t want to even do business with them anymore they owed me $175 for my insurance there taken our money something has to be done this is some bull.]]></description>

Always they do is keep putting you on hold and transferring you from one person to another. After about an hour or so. They will hang up on you and you just have to call them back. And go through the whole ordeal again. One more phone call. And if they hang up on me again. I will go back to Verizon. I would rather pay a little more. And get someone to talk to a qualified customer service agent. Without the run around and without them hanging up on me. Boost Mobile is the worst cell phone company I have ever dealt with!!!!]]></description>
