					<description><![CDATA[I have been waiting for my folders to be returned to my email since you people did your update.  I know you have them because your third tear agent told me she could see all them and was sending them to DATA RECOVERY....that was over a week ago and I still don&#039;t have my folders returned to me.  I wasn&#039;t asked if I wanted this update made to my email I would have said no....looks terrible anyway.  Who put that together a third grader?  I pay you people over $200.00 a month.  I want my folders back.  I did not authorize anyone to update my computer.  NOW PLEASE GET MY FOLDERS BACK NOW!!!!!!! from Data Recovery, or perhaps channel six, ten, and three news media need to interview me.]]></description>
