I shop at the Costco in Foster City, Ca. Twice, I was in an almost head on collision with cars entering thru Metro Center & making an illegal right turn into aisle. A clearly visible Do Not Enter sign is posted.
Today, as I was existing, 2 other cars rapidly made the illegal rt turn as I was exiting. Im not sure what the solution should be but should be looked into before it results in an head on crash.

I just made a 60 mile roundtrip to the Costco Store to order a set of new tires that I found on Costco.com, only to find out that since I had access to a computer that I had to order them online since it wouldn’t allow them to order the tires. When I arrived at home I went to Costco.com and ordered the set of tires. Since I am one that almost refuse to put a card on the internet I was, shall we say, very upset. I am wondering why when someone walks into a Costco Store they can not order items such as this?

At gas station for Costco on University Blvd, Orlando, FL….attendant is telling drivers to go to 7-11 for gas because of near accidents due to your company not monitoring the drive in and people cutting lines. I like the values of Costco but if this is how attendants behave I will take his advice and go elsewhere. I will also blasts on social media this behavior of workers!

J. K. Elbaum
xxxx Club View Drive
Centerville OH 45458
Email: xxxxx 0@aol.com

I have two problems with Costco..
.
Item Nr. 1404571 (‘Depends’ mens extra large) is not available at the Centerville OH warehouse, or within a 100-mile radius. (Are there no large incontinent men in this section of the country?) . Multiple attempts to order two of these items online have failed, even with the assistance of five customer service agents. I am not allowed to checkout without a promo code (What promo code? Where?)

My suggestions are:
	a. stock the warehouse,
b. fix the website
c. delete the item

Thank you for your consideration.

I was shopping at Costco in Greenville SC and was verbally assaulted by manager Richard he called me out of my name. He was verbally abusive. I was upset me and my friend was scared as 2 female and being approached by a aggressive man. My friend is pregnant and it was the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had the manager ring us up to try and calm situation but I’m still in shock from this experience. Please call me in reference to this matter

Please past this on the department that handle credit card processing service for Costco customers:

On February 17, 2022, PW accelerated Investments LLC ,of which I am the sole shareholder; open a credit card processing account with Elavon Inc.

After receiving and setting up the equipment, $70.00 in credit card payment were processed as a test and the settlement to the apocopate bank account was made the next day.

During the period from February 24th through February 28th a total of $9050 of Visa and Master Card Debit gift cards were processed.

After several calls to Elavon’ customer service department on concerning settlement of these transactions on March 1, 2022 I was informed by Cody Franking of the lost prevention department:

“Unfortunately after further review, the cards are prepaid cards, which Elavon deems high risk. Therefore Elavon will be exiting the business relationship. Funds will be held for 90 days at which time the account will be reviewed to see if funds can be released.”

When asking the sales representative, Martin Bleetstein, replied:

“Your account has been closed due to the types of cards you were taking. Loss
Prevention/Fraud makes this decision and there is nothing I can do to get it reopened or get you the funds released.

Visa and Master Card Debit gift cards are sold in a large number such as of major retail business such as Kroger, Walmart, Safeway and many others. Nowhere in your agreements can I find that you do not allow prepaid Visa or Master Cards Prepaid gift cards. They are a Debt card.

If Elavon is classifying me a high risk, I would consider this a definition of character.

Holding these funds for 90 days is unreasonable and has caused loss of business, interest on the funds and a great deal of hardship far exceeding the $7500.00 limit for a Small Claim complaint.

In addition Elavon charged by bank account $134.01 for processing and other fees. Elavon was paid for processing the debit card transactions.

Went to check out in Simi Valley
Been going there since it opened
Go every week
Buy for home and office
Izzy advised that since a month ago Costco would not allow 2 separate orders on same membership
I advised every week I have gone since his month ago I never had an issue
His response I said and we went on
Rude
I thank him for his kindness
My husband had the second order

To say the least Costco has never been so abrasive or rude
I can always go to Sams and give them my support
