I have transferred to a representative 4 times, which I told them all last year regarding their Phone Pay service 1-800-932-8872 I am a loyal customer but the phone system has a glitch, which more amounts cannot be made to the Phone Service. I Have Complained all Last Year. Still no correction in the system The Representatives all say there is no direct number to the Corporate Headquarters which I had to fine on my IPhone myself shame on all the representatives I spoke too Employees of GEICO. I like making a payment by Phone Pay Service This important pay system needs change -Immediate Attention.
