I see on Facebook that there are 24 photos of what’s being called “Infernal Rites Parade” sponsored by Macys. I’d like to think it’s a farce but looks pretty real. You might want to get out ahead of this if you don’t want the “Bud Light” affect.

I had foot surgery in June 2022 in December I purchased a pair of shoes. My foot is still swollen so I can’t wear them. I returned them back on February 19,2023. Company said it’s over the 45 days policy I didn’t know of a 45 days policy. On February 25, 2023 they were returned back to me. I’m not able to wear them. I have neuropathy and proof of all this. I just can’t wear them that’s why I returned them

I went to macys in Fairfield Ca. (Solano mall) I tried to purchase
Nautica Men’s Modern-Fit Faux-Suede Sport Coat. The item shows it’s on sale for $99.99 online.
This item was not ringing up at the sale price so we showed the manager,Dallas, the price on line. Dallas, the manager was very rude and unprofessional quickly claimed that the jacket was not the same as the one we were showing her and walked away making inappropriate faces. The manager did not attempt to check the item codes when they were same. She had the other employee that was helping us walk away as well and pointed at other employees across the store to help us.
I have been a macys custumer for more than 40 years and have never been treated this way.
We ended up ordering the exact same jacket from the store online. The employees must be better at their customer service skills and learn to look into details. The manager was not kind nor apologetic to her actions.

I am totally appalled of the completely TRASHY look of the inside of Macy’s stores! Please hire some employees that only rehang clothing! There are clothes thrown in piles all over the store, there’s clothes thrown on top of the register surfaces, on top of clothing racks, laying on the floors under racks, any surface near the outside of dressing room, and the dressing rooms! It really is hideous Macy’s! Your management needs to take pride in their stores! Please hire some people to rehang clothing!

I am very very upset!! I purchased a men Cuban link chain at Macys in April for a confirmation..the chain turned black about a month later… it was so upset and fuming …I tried to clean it but it didn’t work…the chain was on sale!!! Something needs to be done about this!! I would think Macys I wouldn’t have any issues.. boy was I wrong!!!

MACY’S . I TRIED TO ORDER A SALE ITEM DIDN’T GO THROUGH ON SUNDAY. CALLED MONDAY SPOKE TO 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE. ONE SAID SHE CAN GIVE ME THE SALE PRICE BUT WILL CALL ME BACK BUT NEVER DID,2ND I REQUESTED A SUPERVISOR,PUT ME ON HOLD 20 MIN THEN DISCONNECTED ME, THE THIRD ALSO DISCONNECTED ME UPON REQUESTING A SUPERVISOR.

Deirdreia Cox and Fanethia Cox worked at Macy’s. Fanethia money was stolen out of her purse available to employees only. Spain has been working in Macy’s since 1975. I worked at the Veteran Administration Hospital and Foley’s a Macy’s store. I was never placed in Management in payroll. Deirdreia is 5’4″ which is short for an American. The Spanish immigrants worked her as their slave, The workers due not respect American people. Working the first year around the Spaniard, they give you poor evaluations. They memorized your code for the register, and opened it upon stealing money from the register. Deirdreia was fired for the old Mexican assistance with the registered. She came to me in tears.

Your clothes are to short for the average American height. I became a Jr. Scientist at Procter and Gamble in Cincinnati, Ohio. I bought everything I needed from Macy’s. Fashion determine the opportunities for me at Miami Valley Laboratory at 11810 East Miami River Road in Cincinnati, Ohio 45252. There I bought Women Ware, Houseware, Purses, Cosmetics, Fragrances, Skin care and J, and Coats. Because I’m American I kept the buying cycle going. I moved Falmouth to research at Woodshole Mass. I had to buy everything I needed in Mass at Macy’s. I lived in Atlanta, Georgia I shopped at Macy’s because when I needed extra money I modeled for Macy’s. When we went into the pandemic, every short person in the world flooded into our country through bordering states of Mexico. We can not work to buy Macy’s products. Mexico take your money and buy their merchandise items in Mexico. All these immigrants fly into the United States to get degree know to spend their pay checks in their home countries. Keep the sizes 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14. Tell the fat American to get on a diet to control fat people from foreign countries. In Houston, Tx they sell counterfeit clothing of odd sizes 9,11 and 13. These are counterfeits. Asia is putting you out of business. Americans love America. Foreigners will return to their homes, We can not educate and cater clothing to the world, Paris, Italy and the designers in America are okay. Your market is broken and Americans are stressed and starving, your audience is American citizen. Prioritize. My last application was at Macy’s South Non-immigrant, Non-Hispanic American.
