					<description><![CDATA[Yesterday I called about returns in process. I was explaining the situation to the 1-800-289-6229 number. While I was telling her about my situation I was disconnected. I called the 1800-289-6229 number again. The same Asian woman answered the call. I was explaining my situation to her and how I wanted to be sure to get credit for something I returned to Macy’s. I was disconnected again.  Being this happened twice I know she was hanging up on me.  I called back the 3 time and the same Asian woman answered. I started explaining my concerns about getting credit added back to my credit card for a return that I didn’t have a print out return slip in the box with my other returns.  My other returns were documented on the return sheet from Macy’s.  Just one of the items I forgot to document in the box of returns. I was able to finish my concerns the 3 time I called. There was no reason for this woman to hang up on me twice.  I did not cuss at her and I didn’t use vulgar language.  I just kept telling her about my concern to get credited for the shawl I didn’t document. 
I am 5 feet tall so all the returns were because the shawls were too long for me.  
I was surprised to be treated so rude by one of your customer service operators.  It is really making me question about buying anything else from your store.  How can someone treat a customer so rude by hanging up twice? Who has to call a customer service number three times in a row to explain their concerns about a return?  I have the documented times I called the 1-800-289-6229 number on my iPhone call log. I called yesterday, October 17 at 9:29 for 12 minutes. I called back at 9:41 for 3 minutes and I called the third time for 9:45 for 9 minutes. 
I am concerned I get created for the Charter Club, vine heather shawl. Ordered on October 14 and retuned October 15.  Cost total $140.24. 

I didn’t put the return paper in the box for this shawl.  I put it in the box with the other shawls I was returning.  They all were listed on the document paper inside the box. 

I am sending all the above information to your corporate office as well. I am printing out my call record on my iPhone to you 1-800 Customer service  number in my letter to Macy’s corporate office. 

No one should have to call customer service 3 times and be hung up on twice. Thought you should be aware of your poor, unacceptable customer service. Macy’s is too great of a company for such poor customer service.]]></description>
