What is My Kohl’s Charge?

MyKohlsCharge is the website for Kohls’s customer credit card management service, which lets you pay with credit, pay online and manage transactions online from your mobile phone or home computer.

These are some if the advantages, that you will have when signing up for a My Kohl’s Charge account:

  • View your current balance
  • View your unbilled activity
  • View detail of your transactions (within the last 12 months), including payment history
  • View important account messages
  • Pay your Kohl’s bill for FREE online
  • Schedule one payment per day for up to 180 days in the future (maximum of 6 payments)
  • Update contact information including: billing address, email address, phone number
  • Change your password
  • Change your due date
  • Order replacement Kohl’s cards

MyKohlsCharge Login.

You can log in to MyKohlsCharge from either a computer, tablet or mobile device.

However, bank account information cannot be added on Kohl’s mobile and tablet websites. You must sign in from a computer to change bank account information.

The Kohls Credit Card Login button is located on the top menu on the main www.kohls.com website. Find and click on the the MyKohlsCharge button on either the desktop or on the mobile website.

You can also go directly to the www.mykohlscharge.com address by typing this url it into your browser. However, this website in no longer active and you will be redirected to https://credit.kohls.com/eCustService/, from where you can log in.

Have you Forgotten your MyKohlsCharge password?

Please note, that Kohl’s shopping system has two separate accounts, so you might be trying to log in to the wrong account: There is the My Kohl’s Charge  account(if you have a Kohl’s Credit Card Charge account) and theKohls.com Shopping Account (for making purchases on Kohls.com).

If you have forgotten your password for your My Kohls Charge account, you will need to re-register your account and answer the security questions correctly. These questions were created when you first registered the account.

You will then be sent a temporary password to your email address. Use this to sign in and create a new password.

Remember:

Your MyKohlsCharge User Name is between 4-20 characters in length, must contain at least one letter and cannot contain any spaces or special characters.  It will NOT be your email address.

Your MyKohlsCharge Password is 8-20 characters in length, and it must contain at least one upper case and one lower case letter and at least one number. It cannot contain any spaces or special characters.

So, if you are having trouble logging in, then please make sure that your CAPS LOCK button is not on, and that you will have included at least one upper case letter in the password.

How do I log in to my Kohls Credit Card account?
How do I register and and activate my Kohls Credit Card?

The Kohls Credit Card Login page and Credit Card Registration page is on of the same: To log in or register your card, do the following:

  1. Navigate to https://credit.kohls.com/eCustService/
  2. To log in to your Kohls Credit Card account, enter you User Name and Password, under the ‘Sign In’ headline, and click on’Submit’.
  3. To register, and then activate, your Kohls Credit Card for the first time, enter your 12 digit credit card number in the box under the ‘Register Now’ headline. Then, enter the Security Phrase, that is generated in the grey CAPCHA box, and click on ‘Submit’.

Kohl’s Charge Card Payment Options.

Credit cards are not accepted for payments on your Kohls Charge Card balance.  Debit cards are only accepted when making a payment in a Kohl’s store or with a phone representative.

Kohl’s Charge Online Payments.

Register your account at MyKohlsCharge.com to make online payments. You can schedule one payment per day for up to 180 days in the future. Payments made after 7 p.m. (Central Time) will be debited the next day.

Alternative Bill Pay Services: 

When you make an online payment using another bill payment service. As online-bill-pay providers may send a physical check to Kohl’s, so please make the payment at least five business days before your due date to ensure that the payment is posted by the due date.

Kohl’s Charge Phone Payments.

You can call the Kohl’s Credit Card automated phone system 24 hours a day on: 1 (855) 564-5748, to make a free payment over the phone. You will need a bank routing and account number. Phone Payments made after 7 p.m. (Central Time) will be debited the next day.

To get through to a Live Person, you must call from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. (Central Time), Monday through Saturday, or 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. (Central Time), Sunday.

Debit card payments are only accepted over the phone with a live representative.

Kohl’s Charge Mail Payments.

Mail payments received after 5 p.m. (Central Time) will be processed on the following day.

Kohl’s Charge In-Store Payments.

Customers can make a payment at the store by check, cash, debit card, with a Kohl’s Cares® card or by money order. Payments are accepted until the store is closed.

When checking your MyKohlsCharge account online, the in-store payment may not appear on your statement until the next day, but the payment will be post-dated to the day the payment was made.

The maximum Kohl’s Charge payment per day,  online, by phone, or in store,  is $3,000.  For payments over $3,000, schedule separate payments on different days.

Kohl’s Credit Card Limit Increases.

You can apply to increase your credit card limit from within your online MyKohlsCharge account.

They may require additional information to help with your request.

This is how you apply:

  • Log in to or register for MyKohlsCharge
  • Go to Account Summary
  • Click on “Request Credit Line Increase”
  • Enter your Gross Annual Income and click Submit

  2. Your online account is terrible, not an easy process at all. Now call to get my account balance.
    Have complained to people over the phone many times. Wish you cared and would fix !!!!

  3. I purchased a nutribullet -pro on line. Paid almost 9.00 for shipping because wb site said none in store. I later found this not to be true. Bill lost in Christmas mail Paid late at store. Finace charge $18.54. Can’t afford Cancel card!!

  4. i got this letter from kohls saying there was a processing error that impacted my kohls account i have not been in kohls for probably 2 years or more so i dont know what account obligations since i havenyu used my card since i lost it several years ago so i shouldnt have an account balance

  5. My husband called about our bill. He explained to them that I am nearly deaf and cannot talk on the phone. They refused to give him any information. I got on the phone with very little hearing and still do not have the information we wanted. I too told them who I was and please talk to my husband. They would not do that either. Help!

  6. I was 2 days beyond the redemption date for my Kohl’s cash because it would not let me log in from my mobile device which was my phone- so I had to wait until I got home to log on. This was an inconvenience to because I was out of state. Why you can’t deduct the cash from the customer’s NEXT purchase is beyond me. It is so unfair for a valued customer to loose their earned cash from a tectnicality by Kohl’s. I will re-think shopping in the future at Kohl’s.

  7. I haven’t received a bill from Kohls since June, then I got a phone call from Kohls and was told I was late in paying my bill last week! $515 and a late fee of $37! I angrily protested and the late fee was dropped if I gave up my bank routing number. Now I just got a bill with an interest charge of $8.52. I always pay my bills on time and totally, but I did not get a bill. I refuse to pay the interest charge and will destroy my charge card if you do not rectify this matter.

  8. The Kohl’s website is extremely difficult to access. How about making it simpler!
    I’ve now been online for 15 minutes and have yet to make my payment!

  9. MyKohls, you have sent me a letter stating my email address is incorrect, no its not, get it right so I can pay my bill!
