I purchased a nutribullet -pro on line. Paid almost 9.00 for shipping because wb site said none in store. I later found this not to be true. Bill lost in Christmas mail Paid late at store. Finace charge $18.54. Can’t afford Cancel card!!

i got this letter from kohls saying there was a processing error that impacted my kohls account i have not been in kohls for probably 2 years or more so i dont know what account obligations since i havenyu used my card since i lost it several years ago so i shouldnt have an account balance

My husband called about our bill. He explained to them that I am nearly deaf and cannot talk on the phone. They refused to give him any information. I got on the phone with very little hearing and still do not have the information we wanted. I too told them who I was and please talk to my husband. They would not do that either. Help!
