  1. hello, I flew out of san jose yesterday on flight 1910 at 5 pm to vegas. When I got home I found 2 pieces of our luggage had been ramsacked and several items are missing. Im not looking for a reimbursement just want you to know…

  2. Well finally made it to moms in Arkansas. Here comes the rant lol. So I flew Southwest airlines because they give you 2 stow away bags and a carryon for free. I leave out of Manchester New Hampshire 2 plus hours from our house. I landed in Chicago and was stuck on the tarmac for over an hour before we could even get to a terminal. Not a problem. I get that happens and y’all get congested. So we finally get unloaded, I didn’t miss my connection thank goodness, or so I thought. Now here is the bad part. They put us on our second plane. We are sitting there for about 30 minutes before the Capt. comes out of the cockpit and says, ” We hate being late as much as y’all do, but if you look out the right windows, noone is putting y’all’s luggage on board. They don’t have enough loading conveyor belts. So we are just waiting on y’all’s luggage and we will be on our way. Sorry for the delay.” We waited 2 hour’s for them to load the luggage. I’m a smoker, I hadn’t had one in quite some time. Not happy. ” I know!! Quite lol “We finally get in the air and on our way. An hour later we land in Memphis Tennessee. Also over 2 hours from my mom’s. Waiting at the baggage claim everyone getting their thing and going on their marry little ways. The conveyor belt stops and there are 4 of us like um. So we go and talk to the customer service people. Oh y’all’s bags are in Chicago still. What the. Y’all have us sitting there 2 hour’s waiting to pack luggage and y’all don’t get it all. It will be here later today and y’all can come and get them. I can do what?? No y’all ship my stuff to Little Rock. Well for everyone involved getting me to the farthest airports from my starting and finishing locations and taking 5 stupid hours out of their lives that they will never get back. I am sooo sorry. Needless to say. I will be flying Delta and paying for the bags going home.

  3. I called the switch my flight well in advance. I’m trying to ship my truck from California to Hawaii and there was an issue with the port. Southwest will not only charged me to change the flight, but I spoke with two different Representatives with an hour in between each one, and one gave me a price change of a little more than $100 in the other one gave me a price change of over $300. A price changes that drastically for an existing customer with an existing flight buy $200??? And the representative I spoke with this morning have been oh, I’ll just say less than helpful. Unbelievable I will never use Southwest again! I spoke with the representative from Southwest three days ago and he was the most kind and polite person I spoken without Southwest. But one out of three reps being good? Not good enough to keep flying with Southwest. Two out of three reps are crap.

  4. I have been trying to get my credits from Southwest Airlines which have disappeared from my account. I have written to them but they are giving me a $150.00 credit instead of my$341.92 plus a 200.00 credit for cancelling my flight. I was contacted by Brett Larson who compleley ingnored the credits that are due to me.I want the credits that are due to me.

  5. I received 2voucher from SW issued 7/28/21. 9182470172262681 code 3241 expires 7/27/22. 2nd voucher 9182470170863019 issued 7/8/21. Code 5907 Expires 7/7/22. One rep told me call before expires ask for a 6months extension. These are for 75.00 each I called 5/4/22 the gentleman said it will be a 100.00 charge to do the extension. No one ever told me about the 100.00 for the extension. I am trying to use the voucher for august 8-12-22 so I will you all please consider my extension on the vouchers since I wasn’t told about the fee I would have need use them but was told different information account 28157xxxx Clara L Johnson. 662-435-1959. claratuckerjoxxxxx @yahoo.com

  6. On Hold for Group Travel 3 hours 26 min. Problem still not resolved. SWA website says fast and friendly? Wrong! I have a screenshot documenting time. Terrible.

  7. Case 43795361- I need to SPEAK to someone not get vouchers for being put on standby for flights we paid for, being threatened by Cust Service agent in Philadelphia and ruining my childrens First Day at Disney bc we were put on another flight through Chicago got into Orlando at 8pm instead of 9am and was told to get to airport at 3:30 for a 7am flight since we were put on STANDBY!!! Forced to pay for another night at Disney. No one listened to what happened to us. 5 hours on the phone with Southwest only to go to airport on no sleep. This was the WORST experience we’ve ever had!!!

  8. I was coming from Phoenix to Pittsburgh on 3/22/22. The lady on the inside check my bag never gave me a claim check receipt. I was on flight 614. I got Pittsburgh and my bag wasn’t there. I had alot of one of akind thinks in that bag.. this is the 8th day. I am getting very frustrated. I keep calling the airports. They keep saying they sent the complaint to you. The guy said that yall was going to contact me yesterday. We’ll no one called. Yall got my life on hold. My phone number at home is 412 871 xxxx,my cell number is 412 708 xxxx. . Cause nobody is letting me know anything. I sent them a picture of my bag. It has a Ford sticker on it. I hope I don’t have to get legal counsel. But I got to know something. Thank u. Please call me.

  9. Leaving SW Flight #731 from SJD headed to DEN on 2/26/22, I experienced the rudest steward named John. He was working the rear of the plane when boarding. As I was in group C when boarding most seats were taken. I got on and went towards the back looking for an aisle seat. He made the comment “maybe we could take off faster if you’d just take a seat”. I held my tongue and just proceeded. When passed out the declaration forms, I politely asked if he had a pen or pencil I could use and this his his response; “didn’t you have a pen when you came on vacation?” My response was just, but I don’t now. There were others on the plane that did not like his attitude either. I travel Southwest often and have never experienced such rude service.

Computer system failed to log inn the correct information resulted of Bad service by agent ticketing terminal at the airport. Lack of knowledge to use the computer properly by new employee of Southwest Airlines. Thank you, Customer complaint.

  12. I recently had a change of flights in Phoenix, AZ, specifically the D terminal. I have to say I never saw a dirtier airport in any of my travels. I did take pictures of you are interested. There was garbage everywhere. The carpeting or what’s left of it was filthy and threadbare.
As usual, the staff were wonderful. I wholly recommend Southwest to everyone, but this was by far my most disappointing terminal.

  13. I have tried to talk to somebody for two weeks about a voucher that you are trying to shove down my throat. I want a refund, which I am entitled to due to the circumstances and I cannot get.
