This means I paid for a service that I did not get. I called customer service and got disconnected. The least they could have done is return the call.

Company and your media department thinking?!!! This commercial has to be one of the all time worst and racist ads ever to be conceived and produced for national consumption. If you honestly thought that this garbage has any humor or redeeming value to sell your products you really need to clean house and start over at the corporate level. Frankly, TurboTax should be ashamed to have this kind of advertising associated with their company. I certainly wouldn’t buy or use any of your products again. You can and should do better than this.
