How is it possible if I am a student and they canceled my order after being placed and paid for because of it. I never received them. every time I called they were supposed to be helping me. well the round never came and the items are out of stock. today I look and it says delivered but it wasn’t. I have pictures of the ever changing shipping address. Last phone call was July 30.

Also on July 30 I requested an exchange for a separate order for a larger size. I was promised a shipping label that never cam I gave it some days since they keep saying the system in upgrading. I call this morning and again this evening and nothing. the lady this evening keeps trying to just refund the shoes. I don’t want a refund I want an exchange. I pray that by the time they figure out what they are doing the size is still available. that is going to make me upset because I have already had to change the color for one of the shoes.
please help. I have been a loyal customer but this is too much. these hour plus calls are frustrating

I have always worn UA gear but no more. I am sick of ordering something on the website and getting an estimated arrival date. UA ships via DHL and the estimated date of arrival is a week after the original estimated date.

I’m sending this email because today as I was driving home from work I received a notification from my under Armour app that your brand supports “ pride “ month, I’m NOT complaining at all!! My best friend is a gay man named Trace and I support him and his choices, I’m sending this email because I thought if you and your brand can support, stand beside and fight for same sex marriages why can’t your brand help stop the stigma, help fight suicide, help be a voice that tells people it’s okay that you’re not okay, you will be, mental health is so important! Suicide has impacted my children and I in the worst way, we got front row right in the middle! In the last 98 days I’ve felt nothing but trauma, pain and heartache 6 deaths, 3 of them by suicide!! And that’s just the start of my story! I think if your brand or any other brand can support same sex marriage you should help stop the stigma! Suicide is real! The pain is real! The tears are real! Please consider this. Help stop the stigma! Help my boys and I be a voice so people know that suicide is NOT the answer, their story isn’t over, just like mine ;

I used to wear nothing but UA for the gym and running. Now I will wear ANY brand but UA! I’m sure you already know the disaster that your new wide waistband is…..but it’s awful! I stopped in the middle of a workout to write this complaint. I will put these compression leggings in the garbage as soon as I get through with my workout. They are not wearable. They are absolutely horrible. I have always loved UA. Please fix this problem. You don’t want to be known as the “New Coke” of the workout/running gear world!!!!

From the moment it was purchased it took a tailspin downward. Are you going to survive. I have heard it’s because the teens lost interest. That your shoe lineup is weak. If have twin son’s that love Asics running shoes. They do not like Nike shoes. Suggest you look into buying the Asics brand in Japan and hit the headlines. Have you guys fallen asleep at the helm or are you only focused on your new headquarters or your new private residences.
