I can&#039;t get ahold of a human, no one who can really help. I&#039;m told I need to log in to file a claim, while my package is being destroyed somewhere. I have issues logging in. I have a true hate for UPS now.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I placed an order with nike.com and ups was my delivery carrier. expected delivery date was may 18th, I have a ring camera and no one delivered anything to my door but I receive a notice saying my package was delivered. I called ups customer service that night and was told that the driver dropped my package on the wrong door and was going to try and retrieve my package the next morning and deliver to me if it was retrieved. The whole day went by and I didn&#039;t receive any update until I called them day 2 still no package. I then spoke with someone to open up a claim which was opened up the next day on the 20th. I don&#039;t understand why they have me waiting for an investigation to get my money back when they lost my package not me. I waited patiently and here we are may 27th still no update or refund. so today I decided to call customer service and then corporate headquarters. for one the lady at corporate  didn&#039;t even introduce herself but I started telling my story to make a complaint and get some further information about my order and she immediately cuts me off and says I need to make a claim which I already did and she would of knew that if she didn&#039;t cut me off and transfer me she didn&#039;t even hear me out she just rudely said she cant help me and transferred my call back to customer service which is not who I wanted to speak to again I wanted her to hear my story but she was so rude cut me off and transferred my call with out even letting me finish. I will be getting in contact with higher because customers shouldn&#039;t be treated that way especially if I&#039;m not at fault for a lost package.]]></description>

Four times UPS did not pickup the part.  Package crate was brought home from business address as change location for a possible pickup that would actually work. I personally was present when the UPS truck picked up the package.  Receiver to date has not received the part.  I filed a claim for lost package with UPS March 9th, 2022 after having been told several times by UPS that package was in transient for several months. After being on chat and several phone calls with UPS today, I was finally told the investigation into the missing package was closed back on April 12th without any notification to me or the receiver. This amounts to several hundreds of dollars. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB for UPS handling, or mishandling of this.  i asked yall to have corporate to contact me an not the greenwood sc location contact me about the complaint because the person i complained on will be the one that gets the complaint. her name is nancy. i had problems with her for over 20 years harassing me with my packages when i ask for them. now she threatening to have me barred from the ups facility property to get my packages an said next time i come there shes not going to let me have my packages. shes been hating on me for years an spreading hate with her co workers towards me for years. also, in last 2 years 99% my packages have been opened an taped back up sloppy. they also are flipping the damaged side so i cant see the damage when giving me the package.]]></description>
