I have never in my life encountered such a nasty manager as Valerie Cruz at your Walmart neighborhood market in in port orange, fl. The way she speaks to her employees is disgusting and she carries on that way in front of customers. I would refuse to do anything for her if she ever talked to me the way I’ve witnessed her treat her employees.

Shame on you, Walmart for allowing this to continue. She should be fired!

I am sick of checking myself out at register while employee is watching me and then the person at door grabs (2nd ) receipt out of my hands! I looked up law and it says if I am not shoplifting I do not have a need to stop! Your employee already watched ME check out! Walmart in americus, Georgia. You really need to get this under control. It is profiling on my looks.

DEAR WALMART THAT HAVE SELF CHECKOUT!
You are heading towards almost exclusively self-checkout now.
Yesterday I was at Walmart , the lady checking receipts at the exit was stopping everyone.
I didn’t choose to participate in that nonsense, I had already filled my cart, emptied my cart and scanned the items, refilled my cart and so I just skipped the exit line and left.
I heard her saying “umm – Excuse me “ as I kept walking and raised the receipt above my head, leaving the store.
You can either trust me to do self-checkout, or you can put your cashiers back in place like it used to be.
• I’m not interested in proving that I did your job for you.
• If you want me to be a cashier with no training then that’s your problem not mine.
• Keep employing young people and give them job opportunities.
YOU DON’T PAY ME TO SCAN MY OWN SHOPPING.
YOU DON’T GIVE ME STAFF DISCOUNT FOR WORKING FOR YOU.

Price of Corona 24 bottle case. Walmart Website shows 29.98 amd shelf price on store list it at 29.98 but on checkout, it showed $30.48. Fix the prices-on the shelf or FIX prices in Walmart computer

I received the only shorts that I order in the summer the other day. Athletic Works, just love the long summer shorts for old big bottom women. When I cut the tags off of the shorts and put them on, I put my hands into the pockets and there was a small silver key in the pocket. Any idea or should I just throw it away?

I love my deming nm store , always neat & organized nothing like other stores I’ve been in , especially back East !!!!
Just a suggestion, I think u should move women’s clothing to we’re the baby clothes are , you’d probably sell more , I would definitely feel more comfortable lookin in the back of the store vs the ck out area ????

Walmart in Kosciusko Ms 39090 wouldn’t take my personal check this morning ! The check is good – I went to the bank and they have no idea what is going on either ‘ you really need to change management and some employees in there !!!!

I was at your Walmart on 98th St SW Albuquerque NM and when I was approaching the check out there was several workers telling me to go to the register so they could check me out well I didn’t want to I wanted to check myself out but they were persistent and I said no so I was checking myself out and all of a sudden there were six associates and a plain clothes security lady all standing there watching me and my sister check out and that made us very uncomfortable I have never had any problems with Walmart.but for this store and the associates to judge myself and my sister I thought was pretty damn shitty and so while I was still checking out I asked to speak to the plain clothes security lady and the associates said no that I couldn’t talk to her so now I’m even more upset as to why they r doing this to me and my sister so while I was still checking out one of the associates asked to see our receipts and I showed her mine but my sister wasn’t even done checking out and she was persistent about seeing the receipt so I told her this is rediculous and u guys r making us very uncomfortable and she said that we aren’t the only ones that they r doing this to and I told her that’s a bunch of bullshit cause I didn’t see them doing this to anyone else and not only was all the workers looking at us but all the customers were staining at us so by now I’m furious and no one would talk to me at all so I hope that you all do something about this situation because I sure hope no one else has to endure the shame that I my sister and I had to endure this was beyond belief, but from my experience from this day I will never step foot into another Walmart ever again and I will sure let other people know about this horrible experience it’s a shame that people that have stolen from these stores put a bad name on all of us and now they r judging a lot of us by how we look and dress and that’s to bad so I sure hope that u do something to those associates and that plain clothes security worker cause if not u can believe that u will lose a lot of customers cause I ain’t the only one that feels that the workers r judging us thank u
