					<description><![CDATA[On 10/04/2025, I purchased a defective phone (battery) from the MetroPCS in Riverdale, Hwy 85, Kroger Plaza.  They told me after only 4 day that I would need to file an insurance claim and pay $100 through my insurance and then after going back and speaking to someone else a few days later they said they would order a new one for me.  a day later I had to go back into the store because the phone was not holding a charge, to see if the phone had come in, the so called manager told me &quot;no&quot;.  When asked for the tracking number, she said &quot;they didn&#039;t give me one&quot;.  I was then told i should come in tomorrow or Monday. It is 10 days later and still no resolution and they keep passing me off to the 611 number, who also can do nothing.

					<description><![CDATA[On July 23rd at 9: 35 p.m. I stopped by BK to place an order and had to wait patiently  approximately 30 long minutes to place my take out order.  I asked the manager, Dawn Cisby, for a complimentary beverage due to the long wait.  She stated she couldn&#039;t do such a thing and mentioned how long she had to wait in Walmart line.   I told Dawn that I wasn&#039;t at Walmart, and this had nothing to do with waiting at Walmart.   I have never been so insulted after waiting so long to place my order for an impossible whopper. I changed my method of paying on line to a different card - would not allow me to remove old card - went to store - said entering new card eliminates old card (not) - service cut off on day automatic payment was to be taken - tried to collect from wrong card (still there) - bacj to store - supposedly fixed - received email thanks for updating card - received other email saying my account suspended - back to store again - pissed off - supposedly fixed again (won&#039;t know until August for sure) - had to pay $5.00 more to fix it in person for their screw up - the stupid clerk said my card was not good and should contact the bank yet she processed the payment with the card (duh) - went home - logged in again - actually showed both cards THIS time - was able to physically remove old card - only new one showing now - no apology -my wasted time - paid money I should not have paid - their stupidity - especially the clerk who was rude and &quot;I can&#039;t do anything about it&quot; attitude - &quot;I don&#039;t represent the company&quot; - should be fired - for her give a shit attitude. I won&#039;t know for sure it&#039;s fixed until next payment due in August - pissed off because shut down immediately on day payment due with no recourse after paying every month for years - great lack of concern on Tmobile also with all their wonderful commercials. I asked pharmacy tech Jayden if they have varicella (chickenpox) vaccine and if they are contracted with AHCCCS insurance. They answers were yes and that I can book an appointment. Because Jayden couldn’t help me book an appointment, I had to book it online. On walgreens.com it didn’t let me choose the location and so Jayden said that I can totally walk in and that everything will be done. I came back July 3rd and another tech told me that they are not contracted with this insurance and that they also won’t allow me to pay cash for it. Thus, there is nothing they could do about it. 					<description><![CDATA[I cannot even begin to express the horrible treatment my buisness account for Motorbaby inc has received from your company.

A customer of 7 years has lead me to over a month of anxiety and dispair HOURS on line with the Philippines trying to rectify fraud issues. No supervisor call backs, all while stringing me along allowing T-mobile to rack up astronomical bills against me.

I tried to pull out and shut down my account.  I switched to AT and T because I couldn’t do this anymore.  T-mobile would not let me pull out my final line.  I was told to pay my bill then they’d unlock it and they didn’t.  AT and T wasn’t able to get the last phone number pulled out  until May 10, 2025.

I just received 1000+ bill because of lines still active on this account that are NOT MINE, this was escalated to fraud.   They want to escalate this again but in order to do that these lines have to stay active and I’m going to continue to be charged.  Absolutely not.  What is going on.  How could customers be strung along for another dollar.  I cannot do this anymore]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I purchased some plants from Indonesia and the seller pulled a bait and switch they are very expensive plants he sent cheap common plants. Total of $1500. PayPal required me to file a fraud report with a government agency only to turn around and require I return the fraudulent plants in order to get my refund. I cannot do this do to US and Indonesian law unless the person I am sending the plants to gets a permit because exporting plants is highly regulated in both countries and he is not giving me his permit information and PayPal will accept nothing less than a tracking number for the plants and if they don’t get there I do not get my refund. Since the scammer knows this he is using it to his advantage. PayPal is enabling a criminal steal my money. Instead of protecting the victim
 Their policies favor criminals and scammers. This is unacceptable. Especially with the evidence I have gathered to show he is a criminal. Do not trust their buyer protection. I have learned the hard way they do not care about protecting you. This merchant never should’ve been allowed on the platform because I’ve spoken with other victims of his and they have had the same problem with him. He is a habitual criminal and he is still being allowed to operate on the PayPal platform. I am going to switch to the stripe platform. PayPal sickens me]]></description>
