McDonald’s in brinkley ar are the worst and when my husband told y’all about it y’all did nothing the manager on duty her name is Nicole she needs to be fired on the spot for trying to call the police on my husband for wanting the food that we already payed for I promise I will get to where hardly no one eats there again cause I guess y’all don’t care about y’all’s customers at all hell could ha e at least sent a post card a free drink something apologizing for them

  3. This is my 4th attempt!!! I ordered 2 Bacon Dbl Qtr Cheese & a cone at your Portland, OR BURNSIDE location. Two staff refused to honor my timely promo and charged me for both burgers & the cone. The girl told me to pay in full for this order and use the promo at a later time; I refused. She then refused to returny promo receipt so I through the order back thru the order window. This being the 2nd time in 2 weeks that this location screwed up my order & 2nd time that I spent 2.50 for bus passes w/o getting my order — I was/am pissed!!! She contacted a supervisor/owner who returned my promo receipt & attempted to correct MY mistakes; well the damage had already been done. I then traveled over 5-miles to another McD’s & received excellent service . . . honoring the promo w/o question. The staff were excellent at #13589 (SW BARBUR) quite unlike your BURNSIDE location. My experiences at your BURNSIDE location almost cost another customer for McD’s. When shopping on BURNSIDE . . . I will eat at Taco Bell or Subway as I suggest others do as well. I need the general manager here in Albany Georgia Brenda Lawson for store# 3505 I know you may hear a lot of things I’m just asking for peace I don’t know no one in this McDonald’s or slappy but for some odd reason I constantly get attitude and harassing statements the manager stated he think he bad what is that to say I wasn’t disrespectful only thing I was explaining about my order and how many times I repeated the same thing over and over again I’m not a bad person I was just going to McDonald’s for my family can you please talk to the manager or team leader and there team about customer service the food was thrown in the bag just any kind of way there was no need for that. so to avoid conflict I didn’t address it today I just want to to order three meals for my family and I repeated it over and over I’m not trying to cause no problems I was not the only one that had a problem.

  6. Your store in Fort Walton Bach. fla. On Hwy 98, is a circus. I ordered on line waited for 45 minutes, I called store then they sent an order out and it was wrong she went back in came back out ask me for a receipt, WHAT, you haven’t given me anything, so she goes back in and never comes back out. I didn’t wear my shoes to JUST pickup so I had to go inside. The boy at counter left the register to go outside with a friend, paid no attention to me, I stood there and had to ask someone to help me, they ignored me, so your so called manager acknowledged me and gave me my order, everyone there was off their game they were doing their own thing and the place was a mess. Your store won’t be opened long people do what they want, manager is ran by people, he doesn’t care, they laughed at me when I left like they didn’t do anything wrong. Worst McDonald’s ever I should have gotten my money back at least, they gave me a terrible sandwich that taste like the oil hasn’t been changed in a year. The line was ridiculously long as well

  7. Someone needs to investigate your location on Jefferson Rd in South Charleston WV. I have been going there for several years and the following complaint is not isolated as a one off. The Coke machine or water supply is out at least several days in a row every couple of months. They also constantly run out of products such as apples for the oatmeal etc. I realize these may seen minor in the big scheme of things but all of these things combined and the frequency that is happens really hurts your brand image.

  8. Purchased over $ 30 in food items on 7/21. Lot’s of problems with the order. Complained to McDonald’s customer service line. Received return call from franchise representative. Was promised that the order would be replaced and I would receive e-mail confirming this commitment to take to the store. Never heard from anybody again, no e-mail and consequently no replacement! Obviously customer service does not matter to the company!

    I was in the line to pay for my food in the drive thru. There were several cars waiting in line to get their food, so I couldn’t move up to pay. When I got to the 1st window the guy was taking someone’s order, so I had to wait to give him my money. By then the cars in front of me were gone, so no one was in front of me at the second window. He finally took my money and I was waiting for my change. As I was waiting for my change, a black female with PINK braids stuck her head out the second window. She looked and yelled out, “He just sitting there, guess he don’t want his food!” “He just sitting there!!!” Assuming I was a male and just holding up the line on purpose. She then stuck my order out the pick up window hollering, “You don’t want your food!!!! I was still awaiting my change from the first window and hung my head out the car window and told her I was waiting for my change. She continued to hang out the second window waving my food with agitation. When I finally received my change I moved to the second window to receive my order. I asked her why was she yelling at me while I was at the first window while I was waiting for my change. She began to raise her voice in a agitated state as she aggressively handed my food through the window. I asked her who was she yelling at. And that she was the one who assumed what was happening at the first window and she then stated, ” You are so rude!” and slammed the window in my face as I sat in disbelief that she would be so unprofessional. I then pulled up to the side entry door and went in to ask for a manager to file a complaint. I then entered into the lobby with my mask on asking for a manager. I was immediately addressed by the same black female from the second window yelling aggressively “You not even suppose to be in here!!!” Only delivery is allowed in here!!!! “You need to leave!” There was a family sitting in the lobby eating. I then told her I would like to speak with a manager at which time she yelled “I’m the manager and you need to leave!” I then asked to speak to any other manager besides her. She then yelled, “I’m the only one and you need to leave now!” I explained to her I was gonna wait. She began yelling again stating I needed to leave and no one wasn’t allowed to be in the lobby.She then yelled for someone to go lock the doors while myself and a family were still in the lobby. I continued to ask to speak to another manager, she continued to ignore me. She then was heard by me talking to several staff stating “Its always our people”. So, now she not only was unprofessional she was now RACIALLY classifying me because we are both African Americans. I then retrieved my food from my car to get a refund. As I was entering back in, the same black female allowed a black male and his son to come in to use the restroom, however she told me no one was allowed in the lobby when I came in to request a manager. So why was the male and his son allowed to use the restroom but I was not allowed to access the lobby to request a manager? As I was still waiting to get my refund another male came in the lobby through one of the open doors, by now its after 730pm. No one tells him he cant be in the lobby. As I continue to wait for a refund a Hispanic female came to handle my order. I asked her if she was a manager and she told me she was one of the ones on duty. I asked her once my refund was processed could I speak with her privately. She agreed to speak with me. I explained to her what happened and that I was told there wasn’t another manager on duty. She apologized to me for what happened and stated she was in the back area and heard some of what was happening but was wondering what was going on. She also told me I wasn’t the first to complain. I asked for the other managers name , which was Roxanne “Roxie”. Me and my family have been coming to this location for over 6 years with no issues. I manage to get a picture of this “MANAGER” with Pink braids if needed. This is the worst, insulting customer service I’ve every experience in my life. It’s hard to believe she’s representing a well-known friendly, family atmosphere type of establishment AND representing McDonald’s!

  10. 07/12/21 I was at McDonald’s #2629 in Augusta ga ordered med coke and a sausage McGriddle paid and went to the next window they gave me my drink and asked me to move forward they would bring it out so did and I was the only one waiting cars kept leaving and people kept coming out of the place with their orders I finally after 15 mins went around and when cashier asked me for my order I told her was still waiting on my sausage McGriddle she told me to go to the window so I did they me my sandwich I was late to work and never ate my sandwich it’s still on the counter at work I work with customer on a daily basic I went all day without eating because I got busy and I was late getting back their no line it was not even busy at all

  11. I really wish someone would check on the McDonalds in Schoolcraft Michigan. Whoever runs that place has no clue on what is going on there. We go there pretty often and every time the ice machine is broke or they are out of things early in the morning. The employees at the window for the most part never say thank you after giving them payment. They always mess up our orders and the grounds are not kept up. Weeds growing everywhere. It’s like kids are running the place and could care less about the service or anything else. If you look at the reviews online regarding the Schoolcraft McDonalds, it has a very low rate. Who wants to have a drink all the time with now ice. Each time you go they say its being fixed right now and then you go back the next day and still no ice. Their machines are always breaking down. The owners have no business owning a McDonalds if they can’t run it correctly and have no interest in keeping it up. Please do something to fix this.

  13. Sunday, May 23, 2021 stopped at McD around 4 pm – went inside to use restroom – decided to buy two icecream cones. Gal took my money. … and went on break. She actually stood behind us in line. WOW. Only one other person there and he was as busy as a bee at drive-up. options: 1) I could calmly turn around and explain to this gal what she should be doing. 2) We could leave and donate our money. 3) I could help myself and make my own icecream cones. I was so stunned by the stupidy of the situation. After waiting around 10 minutes I chose #3 – made my own cones and left. There was a sign the read “Help Wanted. $15 per hour.” So they are paying this little twit $15 per hr?!. That even infuriated me more. A combination on training, management & todays society. Uck.

  16. I have an issue with a location in Hangzhou China where a manager started yelling at me and I hadn’t even said anything to the person. I simply threw away the very old food that I was served to wait until they prepared fresh food. (Very often the management doesn’t care if the food is 10 minutes or 10 hours old here.) Surprisingly, McDonalds hasn’t contacted me about this…..

  20. My complain is concern McDonalds in Irwin Pa over charging me through the drive through area. I told the person, price changed I said it was still not correct and he changed again and still not write. Just canceled the order and went to Wendys. Double Quarter Pounder med size was being charged $13.40 went to $12.80 and than $11.25. Called manager and all he said was he would talk to worker. I am sorry but I am done going to this store.

  22. Hi. My name is Marie Felizardo and I need to complain about one of your employees. She was very rude and condescending. The store # is 38204 located in Chula Vista, CA. She was working the drive up window. Everything was fine until I got to the second window and she was handing out the food. Her name is Aliyse. I had ordered 3 chicken nugget meals and all I asked her was if the sauce was in the bag. She said it was at the bottom of the bag so I checked and it wasn’t there. She told me that she doesn’t bag the food in a very rude snappy manner. Before she gave me the food she was also arguing with one of the other employees. I went home and called and spoke to a manager and she told me that she had many complaints about her yesterday and today and they are going to take disciplinary action towards her. My question is, why is she still working there when she has had many complaints about her? I usually do not take things to this level but she was so rude and I was shocked at her answer to my question. I hope that you guys will address this problem.

  23. There seems to be a trend in youths hanging out and causing disturbances in and around McDonald’s locations. Waterdown Ontario is also experiencing this trend. Personally I stay clear of your Restaurant due to this being a youth hang out with ignorant youths.
    I think something needs to be done to let families feel safe in and around your locations. Management is not equipped to handle violent situations. Security personnel or security cameras need to be in place and reviewed. Start sending a message to communities on who you want your customers to be. Hot headed youths or Adults and families.
    There was an article in the Flamborough post from a police meeting to discuss issues in Waterdown the plaza in which you store is located was a high concern of the community for the reasons I’ve mentioned.

    i waited 15 mints for a soda there were 2 customers in front of me at the drive thru they both had big orders they werent pulled ahead. then the orders were messed up an had to wait even longer i told the girl at the windown how i waited 15 mints an she should of had pulled the cars over to serve other people she was rude don’t know her name but she had tattoos on her arm she didn’t want to hear what i had to say an of course talking over me.this is the worst drive thru ever in wallingford ct in the morning i will talking the the mgr her name is olga

  25. Pikeville Tn, McDonalds, need MORE adult supervision. All you ever see is high school kids running around. The food.. is “horrible” and not made right. Their Carmel Lattes are NEVER full cups. And NEVER have whipped topping and carmel drizzle on it. Every McDonalds in surrounding towns do.. Pikeville’s doesnt. We purchased 2 Swiss/Mushroom sandwiches.. (over $13 for 2) to eat 4 bites and throw it in the garbage. Not fit to eat.. someone needs to teach those high schoolers how to cook if their going to cook for the public! Husband said today, we were “not” going back. Over $12???? for 3 med Lattes and reg fry.. Lattes less than 3/4 full! Enough is enough……..!

Bangor Mi McDonald’s,so this girl named Selena holtsclaw , works at this location and is intimidating my children calling them cause words and she is 20 years of age please tell me why this is ok ,first she picks yells and screams at my 11 year old during work hours I have a drive thru worker business card told employee if the girl has a problem with my kid to call me ,so while on the clock she calls me and threatens me I hung up on her and told her to the woods with her that she is over 18 ,then proceeds to text my 16 year old saying she can meet her at 3:00 at her place of employment,also she has been calling my phone for three days and hanging up saying my child will be in the hospital by time I come pick her up I call a distric manager he hung up on me ,when I called the store the manager in charge is acting like it’s not a big deal saying we threatened her with is untrue so we are just trying to get to the bottom of this and stop this girl from messing with our family I have her recordings I also have her messages stating what ever happens to my kid is on me !

  27. I visit the McDonalds at 279 S Sandusky St. Delaware Ohio. I get so mad every time I go there. I feel sorry for the workers because they just step all over each other making the service very poor. Today I waited 20 minutes inside for my order. Please make the McDonalds inside more efficient. I think the service would be better and more timely. Also this McDonalds have a large turnover.

  29. A friend of mine visited a McDonalds in Dallas, Georgia this morning her and a friend were on their way to Church. One had on a t Shirt that said JESUS SAVES! and the Manager came out and said she either had to turn the t shirt inside out or leave. They Left My Question is why is it I can walk into a McDonalds and see kids wearing their pants around their thighs and showing off their colorful underwear but you cannot where a JESUS SAVES!! T Shirt and get served at a McDonalds??????? This is what is wrong with this country it has lost it’s values we once highly respected.   30. So, we’re in the Mcdonalds line now, at 10:00pm….now, we’ve already been sitting in the line for about a 10 minutes before actually getting to the part where you would order. So, we finally get to the part where we would order and on comes a girl and says “sorry, we’re not taking any orders. we’re doing a shift change and it takes 20 minutes.” First of all, this is very unprofessional and upsetting.

  31. Annapolis Md west street store is not able to do there job correctly. I am done with waiting in a drive thru line that defeats the meaning of fast food.So I go inside at 10.26am. I have to wait in the line because there is only one person working the register at that time. There are four people in front . It is obvious that the girl at the register does either not understand English or has not been trained correctly to handle the front line. After enough time goes by another employee helped a little then walked away.
    Time has passed after the other patrons in front of me have been taken care of. None of those transactions went smoothly. Now it my turn. I step up and place my order. I am told rudely like im expected to know the point at when the meals change that now lunch is being served and that the menu has changed. I have now been in the store for over twenty minutes watching poorly trained employees attempting there job and paid the price for there lack of ability to process orders. There was no apology , there was no we understand gesture. There was no acknowledgement of me being in line, There WAS me leaving out of your store because I do not get treated by anyone that way. I went across the street to the Burger King and was served every breakfast item I wanted for the people I was ordering for . And for the record it was after 11 when I walked into your competitors company . they did not seem to mind helping me .

  33. I just have one question. If youre dining in, I order 3 coffees, 2 small 1 large, plus breakfast, they ask me how many sugars I want. Well Im not sure really how many I will be using so I said give me 20 creamers and 20 sugars. She then says I can only give u 15 of each!! Well then why ask !!! Plus my coffee was very strong and sour. Now pancakes. 2 packages on each order I ask for another syrup was I supposed to get charged extra for syrup!     Extremely poor customer service and poor work ethics.
    A lot of fooling around, employees do acknowledge customers when waiting for a refill or mistake.
    Store is dirty and employees on their cell phones ignoring customers.
    My days of working with Corporate McDonald’s were nothing like it is now.
    As Management a tight ship was run and quality service was a must.
    Due to unskilled Management I can understand why over the Internet takes away from actual quality hiring.
    Meeting management was a great asset. Now quality hiring is “GONE!!!”

    1. Leeza, this is the normal operating procedure of this business. They are losing their customers. The old food and the employees,one reason. This customer will pay you no more. I hope MCDonalds loves losing money.

  36. The store at 7400 North 30th Street in Omaha, NE is horrible. For one thing, the drive-thru menu is situated so it’s hard to read when you’re at the speaker to order. Even if it was in a better position, the glass is dirty or cloudy or something. The inside smells bad and is not very clean. Please have someone look into this and give the inner city a better establishment.

  37. I deleted your McDonalds app. It was bad. It never worked at any restaurant in my area. Your wifi in your restaurants is the worst. App works at my home on my wifi – get to the restaurant and I can’t get a coupon. Always having difficulty connecting. You lived on my phone for six months. The cashiers in the restaurants in MA either don’t care, can’t speak English. I get a shoulder shrug. I’m going to Burger King. You guys are just awful.

I went to McDonald’s and I got the Artisan Grilled Chicken Sandwich Meal. and it was way too delicious … it was so healthy because it was grilled and it was soo tasty and delicious I seriously think someone could easily get hurt by their taste buds exploding with joy.. people should have to sign a waver before eating it otherwise there’s a chance to be sued…

  39. Why is it that employees work their butts off but only get 415 every 2 weeks. It’s not a family friendly job to have. After working there for 6 months a barley make enough for a family of 3 to get by week to week. Employees aren’t treated equally and we don’t receive any benefits bc the way that we are scheduled No one makes full time. It’s like being told that hard work is enough.

  41. Visited your store in Easthampton Mass to buy the $1.00 coffee special. sounded like a great deal, ordered 4 large black hazelnut coffees. It was not real hazelnut, it was either waterdown or had a squirt of favor in it. A real true rip off.

  42. Macdonald’s Egypt’s customer service is terrible. You should really save your money!
    no matter what I do or how I post a complaint, the only answer I get is that they’ll get back to me .. and they don’t!
    The food is over an hour and a half late , tested like rubber and the fries are soaked!
    yesterday I ordered with a group of friends and the order didn’t arrive at all !!
    after calling 2 times to ask about our order , the sent it without even an apology! we then refused to take it as it also took too long to reach us after our 3rd call !
    I sent an email to mac Egypt’s customer service and all I got was an automated reply.
    I don’t know what kind of business they’re running down here but it sure isn’t macdonald’s! !

I vist your store at 4202 Airport hwy Irving tx at 19:36 And order the mc.pick 2 meal and wanted the McRibs cashier inform me they don’t sell the McRibs anymore I pointed out to her that they still had it showing on the menu all she said was we don’t sell them anymore!! Well prior to that I was at same store bout week before had same problem I requested the manger on duty at the time she tell me they ran out 2 days before I said u need removed McRibs from the menu stop false advertising something u no longer have she just looks at me like a lost puppy
    Now week later (meaning today) I see still beening advertise on menu and i have pictures of the McRibs on the windows of buildings and at the main counter I took pictures of em all too
    Iam outraged as a customer beening lied too and when I complained to manger and nothing happens except beening treated like a fool
    I will never used that store again till something is done bout this suitation!!!!!

  45. I live in the area around this location and they are not short on issues . Now I don’t know if it’s due to poor management pratice, but on multiple occasions I have come and received poor service. At one point I visited this location which is 24 hours and I was informed that they weren’t serving burgers which is a McDonald’s staple. On several occasions I have been told that they don’t have Apple pies no matter what time you visit this location. Now as a former employee of a McDonald’s location I don’t feel like the job is as difficult as this location makes it seem. I believe customer service is a big deal and this location lacks it in every aspect. There is no contact info posted to voice concerns to the owner or management at this location. I do believe this location had the potential to be better with the help of people who care.

I am asking you a question about why you do not have eggnog shake on holidays or peppermint shake on a holiday also I wanted to let you know that your Ilion New York branch has issues like using your cell phone whenever you feel like it, bad back talk to the customers, not very maintained, really clean only when they probably know ahead of time that somebody’s coming to inspect the place it’s somewhat appropriate clean but not thoroughly clean

  47. I visited Store #35654 at 6:18am Dec 13, 2016 this morning with my daughter, which we do on a weekly basis. This morning the young lady behind the counter was obviously in a bad mood (not our problem), she was very slow in getting our order taken and then when four other men walked in to order their breakfast she quickly shouted “Oh my God”, then she preceded to the back of the store and ignored the gentlemen until they finally left and she laughed about it. While this was all taking place, the cashier and another employee were using quite to foul language in front of other waiting customers. This is not my first bad experience at this location either. They want a higher minimum wage, then show some intelligence for goodness sake and little courtesy while they are at it.

    1. Tracy, yes this is another normal McDonald customer non service operation. Hope you like kissing money and customers goodbye.

  48. I visited the mcdonalds in lebanon tn on west main st and the temperature for the past two times inside the play area is 37 degrees. There is always a birthday party with numerous decorations for customers not to be able to have room to sit. Which occupies half of the play area. Plus you hear a person blowing up balloons the whole time with a machine.

  49. At 2 pm 11/21/2016 I visited your store in Clinton Ms 39056. No one was at the register yet there were 12 employees in the store. I waited 10 minutes in line and still no one attempted to take my order or even look in my direction. Orders were being taken and served at the window. I finally turned and left with NO intent of returning or ever buying from your company again. This store has had complaints galore posted on local websites and will most likely not remain in business in this town of 20000 plus residents. Rudeness and incompetence in service to the public is greatly disliked and frowned on in this town. You stand to lose a lot of money since this is a College town and even they are shunning buying from you. NO EXCUSE FOR THE RUDE NON SERVICE TODAY. ALL SHOULD BE FIRED AND A REVAMP OF THE STORE DONE WITH COMPETENT CARING EMPLOYEES HIRED.

    1. Tomy, gbecause they deserve no customer, no money. And come up with breakfast all day to benefit shareholder and stakeholders will it doesn’t work for long when bussiness loses customers and yes permenantly along with their money.

  50. I visited the McDonald’s on main street in Grand Prairie Texas last night, and I will never visit that location again. Myself and my five kids and 3 grandkids will never visit any McDonald’s again as long as I live! I have never been so angry! You had the filet of fish on sale 2 for 5 dollars but evidently they are not on sale anymore, however you didn’t have it removed from the board yet which was OK with me. My oldest son got irate and said no mom that’s false advertisement, I told him pick something else. He said fine bit I’m calling Corp and complaining. He asked for the manager, who was so rude that now I was getting irate. She refused to give her us her name, she refused to give us the store number and when we went to go find it on the door or somewhere she came out cussing in front of my children. I am a Christian and that language won’t be tolerated in front of my children. It was about 8pm Wed night. All I can say is from now on I will be at Jack in the Box or Taco Bell, or any other fast food place BUT McDonald’s. I’m also going to let the Sunday service at my church know about this location and their non-Christian like behavior and recommend that they and everyone I know no longer use McDonald’s. Thank you.And try to hire better people, this is past ridiculous.

    1. I can’t believe what I had to go here to say that something is wrong!! I went to the McDonalds on grand river in Redford and they had no Big Mac Sauce at 9:54pm!! I went to 5 mile and middlebelt and they had plenty of big max sauce??? I’m confused wouldn’t you have enough at all your stores??

  51. My husband and I stopped last night for a drink at your Pendleton,IN location. I went to the restroom and when I went to get some toilet paper, the holder came slamming down on top of my forehead. It hurt and just about knocked me out. It took a few seconds before I could even get my thoughts back. After talking to one of the young gals in charge, I get “Oh that happen to you too, it’s happen to others and we have had trouble with it” I told her 3 times to shut that stall off before someone sues them over it. She filled out an accident report and said she’d shut it off. I went back today to see if anything was done, NOPE. and it still comes open when you touch it. How dangerous! I was close to being knocked out. If that would of been someone older or light headed, it would of taken them out. Very dangerous! The place on my fore head is very tender and if I Bend over it hurts. This is a serious matter and something needs to be done soon. Before someone is hurt badly.
