  1. called Toyota three times about the problem i am having with my2010 Toyota Camry with oil consumption now i am putting and engine in my car. Toyota refuse to admit the problem and want pay to have it fixed. its sad that they want do anything about it. Toyota you need to be held accountable for your cars and do whats right for your name and people who buy your cars. I will be waiting to hear from you

  2. I had a 90 minute wait at Priority Toyota in Springfield Virginia and was sent to three different people to ask if the TV in the waiting room could be turned on . The fourth person who said he was a manager wanted to take me to yet another person which, another person said something to him in Spanish and when we walked back to the waiting room the TV was now on and he make a condescending remark as if the TV had been on the entire time

  3. I was treated so rudely at your Principle Toyota dealer in Memphis. Drove from Boston. Had an issue. Just needed to ask a question. Was completely ignored?

  5. On April 22, 2022, I called Moss Bros Toyota requesting on a 2017 Chevrolet Cruze LT located at 12630 Motor Way, Moreno Valley CA 92555. I spoke to Javair Hernandez a sales Representative. I explained to Mr. Hernandez that I was interested in the car. I told him I wanted a Certified car that has no damage and make a monthly payment of $200.00 a Month with $2500 deposit down. He knew what I wanted, and I told him do not waste my time coming to the dealership and you do something different after you promised what I asked. So, I get there and greet Mr. Hernandez we did paperwork and I asked to see the car. He goes to a machine to check on car then tells me it was sold. I was upset and was really about to have words come out my mouth. I told him about wasting my time. He then went to look for the car. I waited until he came back and said he found the car. I was happy. Took car for a test drive it ran ok until I got actually got it and drove it after I got it. It acts like it doesn’t want to move when I come to a complete stop and drive again. But before I get to that. Mr. Hernandez told me before I got the car that it was certified and no accidents. After test driving the car, they ran my credit in which I was approved and remember I wanted a $200.00 payment and he said he will help me with that payment. His manager Xavier came with the payment and wanted mee to pay $350.00 a month. I told him what I wanted, and they knew my financial information. So, we are going back and forth about the payment. They then come to me with $280.00 I agreed. They go back again then comes back with $290.00 after agreeing on $280.00. I agreed on $290.00. After everything was done, I go to the back and sign papers with Roxanna Macias now remember nothing was explained to me. I am new buying a car by myself and do not know what to do and they knew I am part deaf. They convince me to buy a LoJack in which it’s supposed to be some protection warranty for the car. I told them I didn’t need it but convince me anyway. I did sign the contracts and went home. Once I got home, I went over the contracts and notice that the payments they wanted me to pay which is $350.00 was added to the contract. I called the dealership and asked why the payment changed from $290.00 to $350.00 a month. They are telling me the LoJack is what brought it up. I told them I need to cancel the LoJack and bring it back down to its original payment of $290.00. I go back on the 23rd to cancel contract on LoJack. Xavier and two other guys were being very rude and disrespectful by telling me I can’t cancel and that I have to pay $350.00. We all went into back office to discuss the situation. One of the guys forgot his name but know what they all look like. He kept saying to me that he knows I can afford the payment as if he knows my financial situation or my business. I told him you don’t my business he kept saying you can afford it. It looks like they were going to change or cancel the contract until the other guy says no, we can’t change it you have to pay $350.00. They were very unprofessional and rude. I left upset. I then go back once again on the 31st of April with a relative. He convinced them to cancel the LoJack and lower the payment. We met with Fernando forgot last name. So, he did what he had to do and came back and said they can cancel the LoJack and bring payment to $300.00 instead of $350.00. I told him I can’t afford it then tried to bring the payment back up to $350.00 if I didn’t choose $300.00. They are unprofessional and rude. I felt like they took advantage of and manipulated because they knew I am deaf and had no clue as to what I was doing. I want my payments down to $200.00 a month. I tried giving them back the car they said I can’t give the car back. Since I can’t give the car back, I want them to fix the car and lower my payment to $20.00 a month. God Bless.

  6. I am veteran of the U.S. Army. I swore an oath to uphold the Constitution. I find the fact that Toyota is donating money to:
    Garret Graves (R-LA)
    Trent Kelly (R-MS)
    David Kustoff (R-TN)
    Tim Walberg (R-MI)
    Jackie Walorski (R-IN)
…to be inexcusable as they spit on our Constitution trying to overturn the will of the people in an election. Please re-think your position on this matter. I will be paying attention.

  7. Just heard on today’s MSNBC that Toyota is actively supporting The Republican Party & Trump. My husband and I need a new car and our favorite candidate was going to be a Toyota RAV4 Plug-in Hybrid. My current car is a 4Runner. I will not purchase a car from Toyota as long as you support Trump. Other companies make hybrid Plug-in cars.

  8. After being a long time supporter of toyota (my wife and I own a 2015 Rav4 and a 2016 Avalon Hybrid) I am dropping toyota off my list because of their support of the republican insurectionists trying to overthrow the government with the PROVEN lies that trump had the election stolen from him. I believe in loyalty as we have owned 5 toyotas but loyalty works both ways. I’ll find another car company with more integrity than toyota has shown.

  9. I worked there for 2 years in October of 2021 I was injured on the job and recently let go due to it they want to treat me like crap and make me feel like im worth nothing and putting out bad references and telling me im still injured

  10. Purchase a truck from Toyota dealer Route 22 Toyota/ route 22 Scion, 109 route 22 Hillside, NJ 07205, please respond to my case # 220415000326 the Toyota dealer still holds my title for no reason, even the truck has been paid off since 2017.

  11. Route 22 Toyota/ Route 22 Scion, holds my truck title and the truck has been paid off since 2017, the dealer holds my title for no reason

  12. Norwalk Toyota are very dishonest. I took my 2021 corolla for regular maintenance. Also tire indicator was lit I asked them to check my tires. I received a call from Heriberto Vera a device advisor who checked in my vehicle. Stating I had a nail in my right front tire and it was unrepairable it would cost $300.00 to replace. I declined to replace so that I could take my car to my normal tire shop who I know would give me a better deal.Because Norwalk Toyota had rotated my tires I had them check both front and back right tires and NO NAIL it cost me time and money because Norwalk Toyota chooses to take advantage of people.

  13. Toyota dealer in New Jersey, hold my truck Title , probably
my Title has been sold, since 2012 and said the they send my title to Bank of America. and this is not true

  14. When will you stop the ad which shows a man extinguishing a fire with water? Dangerous, misleading!!!

  15. I find ridiculous that Toyota is showing all this fake advertisements offers on tv, such as low monthly lease payment. Once you call or visit any dealership as soon as you mention the advertise tv offers they will laugh on you and instead they will offer you marks up pricing with leases that looks more like a purchase monthly payments. I guess that right now it’s ok for most of the dealership to just take advantage of people that are in need to drive a car to go to work. And why Toyota does not allow to build your own vehicle without adding a mark up like other car company do?
    Very disappointing….

  16. Toyota is not letting customers build their own vehicles to purchase new like they advertising on Toyota build your own there forcing customer to take their high priced items or else

  17. Your ads, Picture Yourself in a New Toyota, are the most irritating I have ever seen. They are on so often in my area as to be torturous, like brainwashing. The horrible voice and look of that cipher of a plain spokeswoman who acts like such an idiotic simp, ditz, and nincompoop is unbelievably irritating. If this “everywoman” is what your ad agency thinks appeals to North American women they are mistaken. My father was a successful NYC ad man. I can only say that these ads do everything wrong; they have turned me off on Toyota forever. I will never ever buy car associated with such a cipher. Witless, humorless, ugly and incredibly annoying. No class, no gravitas, I shudder every time I see the ads and quickly reach for the remote to turn them off and change the channel.

  18. I have a 2019 Toyota Camry XSE and whoever listens for wind noise needs fired mine is terrible and I want it fixed ASAP TOO MUCH MONEY TO PAY FOR AND HAVE THAT PROBLEM if Toyota dosen’t want to fix it I’ll contact the Ohio Attorney Generals Office

  19. The worst thing you could have done was stop making the Prius C. I was so disappointed that you stop making it. Please get it back on production and soon

  20. Still waiting to hear from you regarding complaint number 220312000903. Also when can I expect to receive the title
    to my vehicle.

  21. So this happened to my husband. He went to CARL HOGAN TOYOTA in Columbus Mississippi to get his breaks changed. They didn’t put the back brakes on, (and didn’t tell him so when he drove the truck it messed up big time) but charged him for the brakes and the labor then told him they put the new back brakes in the back seat (which was not there either), if we wanted to buy breaks we would’ve went to auto zone and got them wayyyy cheaper…now his truck is up there waiting until Monday so they can recall the phone call and hopefully count their inventory to know that they have non professional/ disloyal thief’s working for them! Toyota USA TOYOTA Carl Hogan Automotive Carl Hogan Toyota you think we paid almost 700 buck to get front breaks replaced and for the back breaks to be put on our back seat!?!? Stupid right!!!!? And the sales person he was working with is also some type of manager Nikkie Yarbrough and Johnnie Moore

  22. Need the design engineers to come up with protection for catalytic converters since thefts are extremely high in this country. We shouldn’t have to deal with replacing and getting our own protective deterants put on

  23. This is a comment or could be a complaint but it’s about the Toyota I got it the black young man that was doing the neck Movement Dance please don’t move that from your commercial because other races are picking up and stealing the African American dances

  24. 2021 Corolla contacted dealer Morristown NJ left several messages to finances they never called me back

  25. Do not buy a Toyota!! My paint is peeling off and the company won’t take responsibility! Telling me my VIN isn’t included is ridiculous!! Toyota can thank their senior rep Kimberly for mocking me and fueling the fire that I will not rest until Toyota includes others whose paint is peeling off like the cheap crap job they did!! DM to be included on the class action lawsuit I’m filing with an attorney.

  26. I live in Fairfield Ohio Performance Toyota is raising price on the 2022 Toyota Tundra they told my friend 71,122 for the truck I went to the shop and the saleman told me 74,000 this very wrong my mind is to take matter to press why are they doing try to right company try to cheap people

  27. I would like you to investigate brake noise in the 2018 Rav4. I have complained since we purchased the car. Phil Long says,”no issue” ,the tell us $300, for new brakes now. The it’s an upgraded pad because they have other customer complaints. Really? I would appreciate the full story and possible safety recall.

  28. Looks like Toyota allows price gauging by its dealers. To charge $10.000 over sticker for a Tacoma and justifying it by adding on a $350 self leveling kit, is outrageous and should be called usury.

  29. No answer available from Toyota on how/where to hook up a tow chain/robe to pull my 2020 Rav4 Hybrid out of the ditch or snowbank. My car has no tow eyelet nor a bumper access removeable cover/plate to connect to.

  30. I have a compaint about Mike Johnsons hickory toyota he is ripping off his customers and lying to them as well making up things that needs repair when theres nothing wrong with their vehicle it happen to my wife and many other i think that anyone that does such thing should no longer be in business and it gives toyota a bad name and i love my two toyotas that i own !!!

  31. Greetings, I am a new customer to Toyota and have recently purchased a certified used 2019 vehicle at my local Toyota dealership. I even opted to pay more for my vehicle with the addition of certain packages. Within a few months after purchase, my check engine light came on. I took it to the dealership and I was told it was a bad O2 sensor and needed to be replaced. After some time had passed, the part was replaced on my vehicle. However, I was told that the warranty was VOID in this part because the wire connecting the O2 sensor was frayed or looked liked “a rodent had chewed on it.” Well since I have purchased the vehicle it has been parked in a garage at work and at home. And the vehicle had several thousand miles on it at the time of purchase. But disregard that, I still have the best warranty coverage for my vehicle, some of which was extra, and I expect this company to stand by their customer loyalty claim to fame. Instead, I was given an excuse as to why the warranty wouldn’t cover the part and the labor charges to replace it. This is unacceptable practice from a business that has been modeling their sales and service as 5 stars.

  32. I was left stranded in the parking lot last night. I had indicated that i would not be able to pick up my r during business hours. He informed me he would leave my key in my car. When i got there my car was unlocked but the key was not there. I called and was told that because it’s after hours no one would be able to help me and “good luck.” They suggested i get an Uber to get home or i should call a friend to take me home. I asked how i was supposed to get to work tomorrow and they didn’t have an answer for me either. I think this was very unprofessional and inappropriate to ask me to sit in a car with a complete stranger during a pandemic. I was also surprised that no one could be inconvenienced but me after they made an error. I’m completely disappointed in this experience and will consider having my car serviced elsewhere from now on. I will also reconsider ever buying a Toyota again. I would rather buy a more expensive car and have quality customer service than be treated like this ever again.

  33. Went today to Lynch Toyota today to have the rear air bags of my Sequoia replaced. They are $350 a piece (although online they are around $100 each). Anyway, I wanted to know how much would they charge to install them. Jason, apparently the “genius” in the subject matter, after he took a look at the Sequoia said that it would cost me $5,000 to do that. Once I heard that huge charge I forgot for a moment that I was driving an old 2006 Sequoia and thought I was driving a Maserati instead. Then, to justify the cost, he explained why it was so expensive with a purposely confusing complete load of crap for an explanation in an attempt to confuse me. I didn’t ask him to repeat it to spare him the embarrassment of a second version different from the first one. He really thought I was clueless and that in the whole universe only him knew the ancient secret on how to replace those air bags. Of course, I got suspicious about the total being exactly $5,000 and after ordering the parts I went home, I watched several videos on YouTube on the subject and I was right. To a real mechanic, who doesn’t work at Lynch Toyota, to replace those air bags it may take no longer than 30 minutes. No special tools nor stupid explanations needed. ‘Now my question is, why Lynch is employing, and I am sure would continue employing despite this review, people who don’t want to work and lie straight to the face of their customers? ‘why don’t they retire and make room for other people who actually have better professional ethics than those who work there? Obviously after years of employment their bellies are full and have completely lost any appetite to earn their salary in an honest, respectful and transparent way. What makes it right stealing hundreds if not thousands hard earned dollars from people? I even wonder if it is legal what they do. Isn’t scamming, defrauding unknowing customer after all? I have a feeling that for them it must look like a fun game. For us is very hard to come up with the money. In their arrogance I still don’t think they are realizing that we actually have computers and that they are connected to the internet, where we can very easily watch video on YouTube showing us how to install car parts. We also have access to Yelp allowing us to tell the world how bad they really are. Who knows? Maybe they’ll wake up after reading this review. PS For a matter of time and not abusing your patience, I’ll refrain to talk about the parts department.

  34. My son purchased a 2006 Toyota Double Cab V8 SR5 4WD Tundra 5 months ago and recently found that the frame has rotted to where his tires are not standing straight. It looked as if it had been painted underneath, but no recall could be found on this vehicle although it is within the same years of the recall. We are unable to get assistance from the used car dealer and don’t know where to turn. It seems Toyota has some responsibility in this matter and should help provide a fix. He still has to pay on a loan and cannot drive this vehicle.

  35. My trucks frame is rotted almost in half an I been getting the runaround with all Toyota dealers I talk with it’s a 2004 x-cab 4×4 thathad work on frame in 2010 no one will help an it’s becoming unsafe to drive I would love to get it fixed 615-679-xxxx dba1xxxx

  36. just saw on tv that toyota will no longer give donations to gop, which means they dont want my business as I am a Trump supporter and I cant afford their party as I have to pay for everyone in the world to come here & have me pay for their expenses so I can no longer afford a car, which is a shame as I have been their customer for over 20 yrs & I dont want politics with my shopping!!!! For 20 yrs I didnt know their politics but now that I know they dont want my business since I love President Trump, not BEIJING BIDEN!!!!

  37. We have been a Toyota customer for many years and will never buy another car from you. How could you support either Dems or Republicans that are trying to take down the USA.

  38. Called Toyota regarding the super white paint peeling off my 2017 Tacoma. Their is a letter out for this issue but somehow is doesn’t include my vehicle. It is the same paint code and it has the same defect. In another words they told me to screw up. I have owned over 5 Toyotas in my lifetime, I will not be buying or recommending this brand to anyone.

  39. I are trying to contact the district/regional manager for Connecticut. but it seems to be private information.

  40. Toyota Service Dept, Waipahu Hi need to own up to their mistakes. Just because my warranty is up, it still shouldn’t be my problem to fix the scratches on and around my hubcaps on all four tires that suddenly appeared after I got my tires rotated and realigned by them. Before I took my car in for my 5,000 mile service, the scratches were not there, and my husband washed it and definitely would have noticed it. Very upset with Toyota losing its quality customer service, don’t want to go back there again, cannot trust them anymore. They told me it’s normal wear and tear…really? I bought this car only 3 years ago, it’s a 2017 Highlander XLE, got it January 2018. Been a loyal Toyota customer for years and never had a problem till now, will not buy another Toyota again.

  41. There no good for nothing that don’t stand behind there word they don’t fix your car if it has a recall them. You buy a car and once the warranty is up regardless if there is a recall they won’t fix your vehicle never buy a Toyota ever there.

  42. My 2019 hybrid highlander limited fuel pump went out on my way to a much needed vacation on 31 May 2021, It was towed to the nearest Toyota, I was not loaned a vehicle, nor was I given a rental car, I had no transportation during my entire stay Tues – Thurs. My vehicle was not looked at until Wednesday afternoon, then I was told that it was only 1 available part, that needed to be secured first. Wednesday afternoon I was told an uber car would come for my family. I asked for a large vehicle. My family had to separate and go in two different vehicles. Everyone was stressed. If fuel pumps are recalled, I would have l liked to know about the recall, rather than break down with my family and two small babies in the car

  43. Hello Toyota. Hope you can help A Toyota Finance employee Jose employed by Toyota Plaza Mall Brooklyn sold me a LOJACK system
That they can not install. I have called-texted 20 plus times. They say refund check is in the mail NOT
Please give me refund or least credit
At least. Need Help. In this matter
Terrible Toyota Dealership would do this look forward some type solution
    Kevin Reardon

  44. I noticed the 2018 Toyota Rav4 I purchased have a Plastic Oil Filter Bowl, how ridiculous to use that kind of Material for such a critical part. Mine is already leaking suspect due to early failure of the material during removal & Installation.

  45. Toyota of Corona has the worst customer service I have experienced. Corporate doesn’t seem to be much better. Brittany didn’t seem to have adequate answers
Horrible experience. No more purchases from TOC.

  46. My 18 year old daughter was driving her 2014 Toyota RAV4 two days ago. The gas pedal stopped working so she pulled the car to the side of the road and put it in park. Within seconds her car started smoking and quickly caught on fire. She got out of the car, stepped away, and it began bursting into flames. The fire department and police were called. The road she was on had to be shut down due to the fire. Her car is a melted, unrecognizable mess. Unbelievable. Images of it have been posted by witnesses on facebook. I would like someone to contact me ASAP to discuss this matter. This should never have happened. My daughter was 3 miles from my home, and had only been driving for a few minutes before this happened.
She could have been seriously injured or killed by this fire.

    1. They won’t fix it replace it or give you a rental there worthless my car caught fire and they found every excuse to not fix my car

  47. I purchased a 2016 Toyota Camry SE, it is only 2 years old and just shy of 35,000 miles. I have had it into the dealership service department 3 times for noises in the dashboard. Each time they place a noise reduction (AKA foam pieces) kit on where it is believed to be coming from but this is only covering up the issue and has not corrected the problem. I have no problems with the service I have received as I have been treated well but I have a huge problem with the design flaw and the company needs to fix it. This is not my first Toyota Camry but it y first one with this problem.

  48. Hello. I have been a Toyota buyer for years. My family has had a 2 camarys, a Tundra, celica, 2 Siennas, 2 Highlander’s, RAV4, Tacoma, and an Avalon. Does Toyota offer any type on incentives for me to continue buying this brand? Currently I am looking for a Tacoma fort younger son.

  49. On November 29, 2017, I leased a RAV4 SLE from Toyota of Stuart, FL. When I did so, I only leased it in my name and did not put my husband’s name as co-owner because he is an amputee and had not driven in four years, nor does he have a driver’s license; only a FL ID card. On our 2015 Toyota RAV4 SLE, we had a handicap plate. A month and a half later, I get via FedEx, a new plate with a yellow sticky note on it saying that because my husband’s name was not on the lease and I am not handicapped, I cannot have the handicap plate. Had I known that when I originally leased the 2018 RAV4 SLE from Toyota of Stuart, FL, I would have definitely put his name on the lease. Now, I tried going through Toyota Finance in Mobile, AL, but they tell me I have to fill out a credit application for my husband (who is 85 years of age and hasn’t done anything with credit in years) . Had I known this would have presented a problem, I would have put my husband’s name as co-owner when I leased the car. I don’t know what you can do for me to rectify this situation, BUT the one thing you CAN do is to inform ALL sales people that if someone comes to ANY dealer to buy or lease a car, they should be aware that if the car already has a handicap plate, that that person’s name HAS TO BE ON THE LEASE in order to keep the handicap plate. I have been to the DMV twice and Toyota three times trying to correct the situation and were given two options. One is to negate the lease and start over (which would cost me $1,500) and the other is the credit application. Toyota Finance of Mobile AL is sending me a credit application. Don’t know how this is going to work, but I’ll try it and, hopefully, be able to once again have a handicap plate. However, if you can possibly and in any way fix this problem, it would be greatly appreciated.

  50. I used my toyota 2005 4 runner on 6/23/2017 which I parked outside my garage for 4 hours to find out that my dashboard was sticky and melting. My toyota 4 runner has only 30,000 mileage and I parked this inside my covered garage but only to find out yeterday when I parked it under the sun for 4 hours that my car was a defective car from the start. I called toyota and was informed that warranty expired on 5/31/2017 and I was given ref#1706240006 with no help and assurance that this problem to be rectified by toyota. I am appealing and asking that toyota correct this problem wherein I found out now that I can not park my car under the sun because I have a defective car sold to me by toyota wherein I paid this in 2005 for cash for $35,000.00. I bought 2 4runners, 4 rav4, celica and corolla with toyota on lancaster dealership in pa and i had my brother in canada bought a brand new 2017 toyota highlander last month. I appealing for courtesy that toyota repair my melting and sticky dashboard and repair this as soon as possible.

  51. I have been a Toyota loyalist until a little over 2 weeks ago. Nearly three years ago, I decided to buy Toyota Highlander Hybrid 2007. Up until 3 months ago, it had lived up to it’s hype or close to it as I possiby expected. In november, I took the car for break work, both rotors and break pads, no big deal, but before I left the lot after completion of the break work, the cvc lights came on dash board, the car was still driveable but the breaks were not functioning well, so I took it to the dealer, I was told the “hydraulic actuator” had failed that required over $2,500, fast forward to just under (3) three months later, my wife and I were on a weekend getaway to Atlantic city, at the end of our trip as we were coming back home, the car stalled in the middle of the highway (Atlantic city expressway) apparently a private highway. Thankfully i was on the driver seat because there was a large truck behind us and I managed to steer the vehicle to the shoulder using the momentum. When I called the dealer who had fixed the car with the prior problems, he was not able to give me any ideas of what it would be, so I had to find away to tow the car over 100 miles to the shop.
After about 10 days of back and forth phone calls to the dealer, the services department of the local Toyota dealer told me that unfortunately the part that failed is unfixable, the part has to be ordered from Toyota and it’s very expesive. He said it’s cost $7800 just the part and about $2k for labor. Before he gave his suggestion of what to do, I asked why Toyota would have such vehicle that could fatally harm an operator and without a reasonable cause for failure. While I am deeply displeased by the cost of repair, I am angered by the possibility that Toyota knowingly manufactured a vehicle the could be a casket for it’s passengers should such a failure occur. Simply the fact that there is not a definite cause for failure nor a way to avoid it not to mention the times with which the failure can occur is deeply concerning.
I have called Toyota headquarters for answers and all I got was redirection to the local Toyota where I spoke to someone who only gave me the codes of the error and the number of the parts. (IPM-04001-29148 and G92A0-48090) I don’t what these characters stand for but the definitely answer any answers for my anger and dissatisfaction.
Again, I have attempted to reach Toyota headquarters and it seems I won’t get any response…and why would I, I still owe over $8000, the dealer offered me $100, YES you heard me $100 so the can get rid of my car, Basically enough money for uber to dump me at home. I somehow now have to get a new car, so I can work to not only feed my family but pay for a car I don’t have. I gues I am microscopic for Toyota to pay any mind but if I don’t hear from them, I will use my small microphone to warn everyone about this company and their deception in their products.
Like I said, I have been a Toyota loyal customer, even as I harshly speak out against this particular, I still own a Toyota Sienna which we love very much but that’s not consolation for the trouble I am going through.

  52. I have owned 5 Toyotas and have not had a problem until now. My 2003 Tundra with a little over 74,000 miles had a recall for frame rust in 2012. At which time, the dealer sprayed with CRC (57,000 miles). In July of 2016 after having an alignment done, I was informed that the frame was extremely rusted. Toyota was notified but to no avail. On Feb. 19, 2017 while making a slow right hand turn, the upper control arm snapped because of extreme rust. If I had been on the highway, I can only imagine what could have happened. Have since been told that the frame is completely rusted.

If Toyota can warranty their drive train and engines for atleast 50,000 miles, why can’t they warranty their Safety Recall repairs for more than 17,000 miles?
Without the frame, what good is the rest of the vehicle!

In my opinion, as well as others, the spray job was an insufficient repair for what could have been a catastrophe. It should be Toyotas responsibility to make the proper corrections especially when it is a SAFETY RECALL!!!

  53. My Tacoma is rusted but out of 15 year period. Toyota will see my name on legal forms for more than one reason.
    Please reply someone in Japan.

  54. Attention to the chairman of Toyota Company
when a vehicle is parked in the open in a tropical country. Interior get heated. To avoid this situation, cant you fixe a solar panel on the car roof and run separate a.c .from it when the engine is not running? we can then maintain the car interior temperature at a lower value, without burning fuel. thank you

  55. I have a 2007 Toyota Camry, I cannot find out about the oil consumption. they tell me there was nothing wrong with it. I know I didn’t be home about two weeks I recall it was in the shop for about two months now and something is very wrong with this car. they say that they broke the mold when it gets really hot, and i know that I dont have the $6000 to get it fixed. thinks something is very wrong.

  56. I can not see my self driving another brand of vehicle. Toyota Landcruiser is all I have and still need. It is long over due for change, but I can not do that now due the downturn in economy of my country.
