Today I was at this location to handle grantor request on my trust. While there I noticed an agitated man with a teller. As the tell and banker tried to explain to him about id for his account, he got louder, walked back and forth with voice getting louder. He finally left but not before yelling to people in line.
I talked to the banker asking where is security for customers and bankers. Yes the tellers were behind bulletproof heavy plastic but the rest was exposed. Why aren’t there security guards for customer and bankers at desks security?? I don’t understand why Wells Fargo has no security???
A customer was shot and killed in a Bank of America branch and they now have security at each branch! Wells Fargo needs security before something terrible happens.

My wife has an account at Wells Fargo bank yesterday I went into the branch in Titusville Florida to pay her bill on her credit card while I was there she asked me to change the 5 20 dollar bills to 10 10 dollar bills and the teller says that I needed her card to do that so I went out to the car and got her card came in they said my name was not on the account so they could not give me the $10 bills that she wanted I said she’s just had a stroke and she’s in the car and she can’t walk she’s shuffled so I don’t care she has to come in to exchange the money I said it’s 95° out there and it’s 100 feet into the store she can’t walk that far I don’t care so they will not give me the $10 bills I have 520s in my hand I what she wants small changed for her pocketbook she’s had a stroke she can’t talk and I got totally pissed off and then both of them the manager and her so there’s nothing theI could do she had to come in is in a terrible to do it for some reason or seventy years old that’s sick I discussed it with Wells Fargo bank

I got an auto loan with Wells Fargo on Easley SC. For a 2018 Nissan Rogue. I purchased the car last January 2021. My cousin cosigned for me. She passed away in March 2022. I sent a cashier check for the full payoff. Then suddenly come may after my cousin had passed away. They started sending out past due letters to her address and calling me 5 times a day trying to say I was behind on payments. Even though my bank statement showed they got the money. I got the paperwork in saying paid in full . her name removed from the loan.. They started saying they never received the money. Even though I faxed them proof. Then night before last they had their recovery company sneak out and steal my car in the middle of the night. I have being on phone with them numerous departments trying to locate it do at least I can get my personal stuff and the car and I have being given the run around and told to call back.

I bank at Wells Fargo bank, there was a discrepancy on my account MAY 20th 2022.
On 5/18/22 I went to the Merchant’s Crossing branch located in Cape Coral, FL. We had just sold a home and had a sizeable check we needed to deposit into a new savings account. While we had been customers of Wells Fargo for years, they would not open a savings account for us. We were told we would have to contact a special investment banker to open the account. We explained we did not want an investment account, just a regular savings account. We asked to see the manager. She ignored our request and we watched her duck behind the wall in order to avoid us. We left and went to another bank. What a crummy way to treat your customers. We were shocked we could not deposit this very large check into the account we wanted to open.

I am retired from Wells Fargo but know how much feedback is important to recognize our team members. Today I visited the branch located at 4180 NE Federal Hwy Jensen Beach Florida. The team member is John Sanchez a Associate Personal Banker and wow what a customer experience he gave us. My mother 85 years old moved in with me and needed to make some changes and order checks. He took his time and explained everything in detail to us. Loved our customer experience and just wanted Wells Fargo to know he is so great in the customer facing skills. To Whom I Hope This Reaches,
I am requesting your assistance in resolving an issue that Wells Fargo Bank has completely dropped the ball on and left fallen by the wayside. Wells Fargo’s promise to uphold the safety of my money has not been upheld or observed. I am requesting your assistance in having my account claim reviewed, and my balance refunded after my online bank account was hacked and my card was pirated.
To further explain:
I am 20 years old. I have been working fulltime since high school graduation saving up money to attend college and purchase a car. My life savings of $14,000 has been taken from me by a hacker and thief through Wells Fargo Bank and Zelle. I have encountered an enormous number of unnecessary and rude challenges as well as roadblocks in dealing with your customer service department.
Timeline of Chain of Events:
(Upon your request I will be happy to provide you with all correspondence, evidence, police report and any other information you may need.)
**January 5, 2022, I TURNED OFF MY PERSONAL DEBIT CARD as I wanted to be more intentional about saving money. I have had my debit card in my position ever since.
**January 5, 2022, the very same day, my account was hacked by someone who’s name and contact information ( Jasmine Wylie 770-871-5730) are listed in an email sent to me by Wells Fargo stating that this person had added themselves to my account as a deposit recipient through Zelle. I ABSOLUTELY NEVER AUTHORIZED ANYONE TO BE A DEPOSIT RECIPIENT. I imagine this same person then turned my card back on, changed my username and password and lastly upped my spending limit per day.
ONCE AGAIN I DID NOT DO ANY OF THIS.
The following is what I have been able to piece together:
**On 1/6/2022 a transaction was made from an ATM somewhere near my home in Cobb County, GA using an ATM card manufactured by someone.
**The card was then taken to a Walmart in Snellville, GA, hours away my from my home where someone inserted a card 4 times in a row withdrawing $1000 cash back each of the 4 times. I was not notified of any of these transactions. This transpired on 1/6/2022.
**On 1/7/2022 the card was used again at a Walmart in Loganville, GA. Also, hours away from my home. 5 more $1000 each cashback transaction were made at this location. Still NO RED FLAGS WERE REPORTED TO ME BY WELLS FARGO.
** Random charges continued through my debit card for the next 2 weeks including charges up to $500 at grocery stores and 2 days of hotel rentals. ALL OF THE ABOVE CHARGES OCCURRED AFTER I TURNED OFF MY DEBIT CARD.
**Finally, 3 fraudulent checks were mailed to me by Wells Fargo at which time I looked into my account to find it in chaos. Checks from a private investigator from New York and a Scientific Company in California, had attempted to be deposited into my account totaling $27,000. All of the transactions transpired after I turned off my debit card and someone had hijacked my account. I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THIS INVESTIGATOR OR THE CHECKS.
Once I was made aware that my account had been pirated and drained, I contacted Wells Fargo and filed a claim. I was advised by 3 different Wells Fargo employees that I would not need to file a police report and I would receive assistance from Wells Fargo. Upon calling the police department they told me I should file a police report (which I did) and I have received no assistance from Wells Fargo since.

After roughly a week I called Wells Fargo requesting an update on my claim. I was told I would have to leave a number and the High Value department would call me back within 10 days. I did not accept this reply and was sent to a gentleman who told me that I owed them the overdraft amounts as well as the loss of money and that Wells Fargo no longer wanted to do business with me. He then advised me that if I didn’t agree with him I should file a claim. I then informed him that I had already done that. He then decided to read my account notes and said (direct quote) “oh then wait until they tell you in the mail” and then actually hung up on me. (In almost all conversations I had with Wells Fargo I was treated horribly) I called back and was told someone would call me back in 1 to 2 business days.
I called back the next day and was informed my claim was denied with absolutely no explanation. I was told to wait for a letter. Three letters came with 2 different claim numbers and different amounts with the explanation of a physical card was used so it could not have been fraud. This statement is absolutely incorrect as pirated cards are used all the time fraudulently. I have since emailed to the fraud department, police reports, IC3 reports, consumer fraud reports and identity fraud reports although I was told by Wells Fargo these probably wouldn’t help. I called Wells Fargo and was told my claim could not be reopened and I could not be further helped.
I was lastly sent to a customer service manager named Pam in the smaller fraud value department because I was not allowed to talk to the high dollar fraud department. She was very condescending and rude and the only help I was able to pull out of her was to email the claims department at [email protected]. I did that on 3.5.22 and immediately was emailed back with a statement of this email will not respond.
My hope is that a fresh set of eyes will look at this situation and see how obvious it is that my account has been hacked. I would like to be made whole again with the return of money that has been stolen from my account and released from overdraft charges. Again, this was my life’s savings to buy a car and further my education.

I can’t believe they are still in the business. Three months ago I opened a business checking account to get the $1250 bonus after 3 months. I asked specifically when I was opening the account how much money I have to deposit to get the bonus and is there are any fees. I was told, “there are no fees for this type of account”. Two months later I see two chargers for about $78 each. After 3 months there is still no bonus deposited to my account. I’ll never deposit any of my money with Wells Fargo. This is a scam!!!!
I have a letter from WFB that says that I have an account with them in the name of Gay Pierre and Nigel Tiano Williams, (my Nephew) my nephew and I have never had an account together. I called (800) 869-3557 and was transferred to (844) 931-2772 and was placed on hold for 1 hour. 7pm PST rolled around and I was disconnected. I called today 1/4/2022 (844) 931-2772 was on hold for 38 Minutes, Got a person, they could see there was an account. I asked to know whose SSN was used to create the account and was disconnected. No call back. No followup. I have now wasted 2 hours of my time trying to followup up on this fraudulant activity. I would like a phone call asap so I can send you the letter that was recieved so you can follow up on this fraudulent issue.

WF purchased my mortgage from another company, the service is horrible since then. They did not pay my property insurance on time, so my property insurance cancelled my policy, now I have to fine a different insurance company and pay much higher premium. I will be glad to join anybody for a class action law suit.
Why is the Elfers branch ATM ALWAYS OUT OF SERVICE when visiting this location???
Local branch is refusing to let our organization close out a safe deposit box. They lost the records of who opened the box, so they are not letting those who have access to the box close it out. Will never use Wells Fargo again.
Wells Fargo has Screwed up my husband’s Credit just as we are trying to buy some Land. The ‘Bill Pay’ Dept. must be run by a group of Morons. We bought a Truck and the auto loan IS THROUGH WELLS FARGO. But when we paid the first 2 payments using Bill Pay, they sent paper checks to OUR HOUSE. Yes, you read that correctly. And they are trying to Blame us. So we paid OURSELVES. Except that the check was made out to WELLS FARGO AUTO LOANS. This happened AFTER 2 months of us thinking we were paying our truck payment online! Keep in mind, SAME BANK….AUTO LOAN AND OUR CHECKING ACCT./Bill Pay.
We went to our local Branch to ask WTF? WE didn’t use that term but sure were Thinking It! We filed a complaint and caught up our Truck payments. THEN WE FIND OUT THAT WELLS FARGO TURNED US IN TO A CREDIT AGENCY!!!!! After we had a complaint against them. Now they are trying to blame us bc SUPPOSEDLY we put in our own address on the Bill Pay page. WHAT? First of all…NO we did not. We added a payee, Wells Fargo Auto Loans. That’s it. Secondly, WHAT?! They couldn’t figure out we were paying them?!!!!! Like I said, MORONS. We have an investigation going but MY GOD….. The incompetance knows No Bounds.
Wells Fargo took almost 1000 out of my account because an old boyfriend that I have not seen in 2 years, Deposited his work checks again this year. 2 years later. Into someone’s account. Turned down fraud because he did not destroy the check like the mobile app said to. How is that my fault. Why not take the money back from the account that it was deposited into. I had a dispute re plain tickets purchased on line the person selling tickets pretended to be Jet Blue. They overcharged me two hundred dollars. After calling jet blue, they filled fraud report, told me to contact my bank and file a fraud complaint, too. This was april 2021. Today I re dived a letter,wells Fargo would not issue a refund for my $200.00 dollars. I was devastated..since it was a sacrifice to get my mom frm an abusive. Nrsg home. She is 113 yrs old. Wells Fargo closed my account on 5/21/2021. The fraud prevention team closed the account because my PPP loan was deposited into my personal account under the name of my business. The bank accepted the deposit took money from the deposit to settle existing negative balances, allowed me to spend approximately 2500 of the deposit before freeing funds and closing. I was given the option to provide docs proving ownership. I provided those. I was then told none of that mattered. I was told that the money would be sent to me in cashiers check via fed ex. I called the next day to get a tracking number, and was told this option was no longer available. Last week I was given approval to withdraw 2500 from my checking account. Money that had been transferred from the account where the PPP funds had been deposited. Then after weeks of calling and pleading and being treated with disrespect and given the most unprofessional service I was told by management within the executive office that i could request the funds be wired back to the originator. That this option was always available, yet never offered. Today I find out because the original amount of the loan was not able to be sent back, that they could not provide this option either. Now I was told that the money is in a special account and would remain there until originator claimed the funds. All of this is a cover up. Stalling to cover Wells Fargo’s lack of adherence to there own policies. The bank should not have allowed the deposit. They shouldnt have taken the funds to cover the negative balance, they shouldn’t have allowed me to spend 2500 of the loan and should not have allowed me to withdraw 2500 from my checking. This is money belonging to my business of which I am the sole owner. It is a single member LLC that is a disregarded entity. I do not file separate taxes for this business. I file taxes as a sole proprietor. Therefore we are one and the same. I needed this money to pay myself a paycheck. I provided legal proof of ownership and loan docs. The money should have been transferred to my business account linked with my WF account not held a d now left to ultimately be placed in an unclaimed funds account. I am claiming those funds because I own the business they were intended for that they were approved to be funded to by the SBA. This money is to be forgiven by the government. I have to spend it in a given amount of time and Wells Fargo is preventing that. This is illegal and fraudulent as Wells Fargo has made money on these funds while the money sits in an account. I can’t be denied this money.

I have been working with the mortgage group since April 16th towards a May 28th closing date. I have been furnishing information at the request of the mortgage group. I was informed two days before the anticipated closing that we can not move forward with the closing. We have our accounts with Wells Fargo, although we are not the largest customer, never the less, we wanted a bank as a partner. I thank we made a big mistake. Moving away from Wells Fargo is an option, but we will not replace you with another large bank which, I am finding dissatisfaction inherit with large bank. Our last mortgage was with US Bank for twenty four years, we never missed a payment. Its not like Wells Fargo has to worry about our financial situation, we are on fixed incomes with credit scores high 700s and mid 800s. We will be looking at regional banks going forward, we aren’t looking for special treatment but, someone who appreciate our business.
Complaints about the Calexico, California bank. I am a business customer. I go every day. The bank is just dirty! The wait time is horrible in the sun and heat! The parking lot is also closed with no where to park. Question..Why does the window teller supervisor Janet allow her friend Eddie to park in the handicap space while myself and other business customers have to park far from the bank? Is it because he buys them coffee and tea? Why does she and the bank make exceptions and give special treatment to him?? Do I have to buy them lunch so I can park in the parking lot also? This has been going on for a while. And the employees at the door all of a sudden don’t know what I am talking about..

After I paid my auto loan by phone 4-13-21 and received a 12-digit confirmation number, I called 4-19-21 to inquire why my payment hadn’t cleared. After an 18-min. hold, Pam passed me on to Melissa who was clearly a novice. I asked for the manager and Cametrice came on the line. After talking to her, and 44 minutes after my initial dialing, this manager put me on hold for one full hour, at which point she hung up on me, making my total call one hour and 44 minutes. I had told Cametrice that I did not want to hang up until she emailed me with confirmation that my payment was credited on 4-13-21. Was this endless hold and hanging up her snarky response to a customer’s request? (I hope someone listens to the recording of our conversation.) WELLS FARGO’s system did not email or text me that I’d entered my routing number incorrectly, nor did it have someone call me. My payment is now late due to WELLS FARGO’S failed system. Cametrice informed me that Wells Fargo should have contacted me immediately. She did not have an explanation as to why it didn’t, nor could she explain why Wells Fargo gave me a confirmation number if my payment didn’t go through. She did say that Wells Fargo’s system assumed my acct was with Wells Fargo but, again, Cametrice gave no explanation as to why I wasn’t contacted 4-13-21 as per Wells Fargo’s policy. Cametrice took down my correct Band of America routing number (my acct # was correct), but again, my bank still shows no payment was made to Wells Fargo. Why is that?? Incidentally, the Wells Fargo system did not permit me to use my debit card in the automated system unless I spoke with an agent, which would have avoided all of this. Why is Wells Fargo’s system programmed this inefficient way? Even simple businesses manage that basic programming. You understand how all this does not bode well for Wells Fargo. It all makes one wonder how many more fines or much more bad press Wells Fargo can sustain. From now on, I will visit the branch a mile from my home and have Wells Fargo laboriously process my check.
I would like to complain about the Calexico, Ca. Branch in Imperial County. The service is very horrible. I’ve been a customer for about 10 years. Their is long wait time outside in the heat. Why can’t the put some type of shades over head to protect their customers? Don’t they care about us? Or us it to expensive$$? The Manager doesn’t know how to manage her bank nor her employees. They yell, rude, and just out disrespectful to customers. I go their practically everyday and nothing ever changes wuth the service and bank employees. They don’t even wear the facemasks. I had to tell the banker to please put his mask on.
Manager at Wells Fargo Bank in Calexico, California doesn’t know how to manage her bank and employees. Employees “Bankers” at the front door are rude and always flirting with young girls who want to speak with them about their accounts. Always on their cell phones/facebook. Sitting down at the front door.. Manager included (not very professional). Long wait times to enter bank. Bank is so dirty inside and outside. I’ve been a customer for 13 years but, this is the worst managed bank. I highly think that the Corporate Office should watch their employees and manager here. I think the guards are more professional then the bank employees. At least they say good morning and/or how can I help you.

Warning – If you do online banking and need to request a code to get into accounts – DO NOT CHANGE PHONES You will be locked out of accounts. Even of you keep the same number – it will not give you a code and will lock your accounts. I am screwing around with them now with mine. Bought a new phone and can not do anything. They say it will take 5 days to get fixed, even though they said it was fixed and the case was closed. Told to go to ATM to verify phone number, which I did and still not working. Called the back and was told have to wait 5 days. In the mean time, I will get credit checks against me for being late because I can not pay the bills. Thanks allot Wells Fargo.
We are behind 7 months on mortgage. Went into foreclosure. First review for repayment plan, we didn’t have enough monthly income. Second review, (after including daughter’s disability) we had too much income for a repayment plan. I appealed, that was denied due to lack of new information (wrote a letter stating that we now had enough funds to make a double payment each month and sent bank statements for proof.) No one read my letter. Spoke to another person this time in customer care and recovery group, will look into situation. So far we are being charged lawyers fees and late fees that will continue until we can save over $10,000. And each month we save to pay off the balance, another payment is added onto the balance plus fees. Right now our foreclosure is suspended until the end of April. After that, more lawyer fees and late fees.
I have been a Wells Fargo account holder for over 20 years. I became a victim of debit card fraud someone stole my atm card and began to use it they withdrew more than 3700. 00 $ out of my account I reported this to Wells Fargo they denied my claim .I am a disabled veteran with limited income I had fraud alerts set up on my account Wells Fargo still denied by my claim , dealing with this bank has been a nightmare stay away from them they are totally unethical and have some colluded ways.

I’m here to let everyone know that Wells Fargo Bank is a Shiesty Ass Bank. Tell me how they supposedly have all of these safety precautions for their bank customers, taking you through all of these so called rules that they have for example not letting someone deposit cash into your account unless they’re on your account or you yourself have to show two types of identification to do any transactions, but yet they don’t have any rules for thieves…They actually let someone deposit fraudulent checks into your account, then somehow go directly into the bank and to their ATM machines and withdraw all of the money out of your account…That’s some real bull, then try and make you responsible for them not implementing their rules for their supposed to be safety precautions!…Then have the nerve to say that your chip and PIN number was used, so you are liable and you had to give permission for someone to use your card, because she has never seen anything like this before. Like I must look stupid to them or something, I went to file a police report and one of the officers said to me, I don’t know why she would’ve made a statement like that, because criminals always come up with different schemes and they put scimmers in there machines and they have all of your information, including your chip and PIN number…I requested photos from the ATM machines and the banks that they went into, they going to actually have the nerve to say they didn’t view or use the photos for the investigation, so exactly what kind of investigating did they do? I know that they just got caught for opening accounts using their customers names and information without their consent…Now this is going on, for all I know this is another inside job, It’s not possible to be in Georgia with your card in your possession and supposedly use the same card to make an inquiry in a location that you never even go or been to, then an 1/2 hour later make a deposit in San Francisco, using the same card, and you are only issued one card unless someone else is on your account…You tell me how is this possible? How didn’t they catch all of the red flags? Not only that, but disable all the notifications that you normally get if there’s any activity to your account…Some real BS security precautions for their banking customers!…My daughter is a full-time criminal justice major student in her last year of college and has a part job, and all of this activity happened on her first direct deposit from her job!…My daughter is no criminal and I will not let Wells Fargo Bank tarnish her career, before she even get started!…
I’ve been a customer with Wells Fargo for 6 years. In June I made room reservation online. The property management miss used my debit card information and charged me a cacellation fee of 250.00 after I refused to provide my account and routing number to reserv a room. Which is not needed to make room reservation. When this occurred I immediately contacted my bank wellsfargo and informed them of the illegal transaction. The amount was reversed but a few weeks later I received a letter stating the charges will be charged to me again. I am discussed with the customer service and debit and credit card claims department because I have given all the information that states this was done with out my authorization, I did not cancel the room reservation but once I refused to provided personal bank information I was charged illegally. Wellsfargo does not care for the integrity of there customer or do they care if I have been robbed by a faulty property making fake online availability for room reservation. This is not the end of this, I will be moving forward with charges and seeking legal representation if this is not resolved properly. Damon Holmes

Tried to have $ 1,000 cash deposited in my account by my mother in law and you accused us of money laundering. Really?!?!?! Had to wait 2 days for cashier check to clear when I needed the funds ASAP! it has been a terrible investment and nothing but a head ache.
Before the purchase of this unit I was told that we needed insurance to cover it.
I called the insurance company and I told them what we needed, they stated that we had enough insurance to cover it and no changes needed to be made to the policy.
I then told them I understand but the company is saying they need it. So they did it , and I sent it.
Months later, End of April or May I was contacted by a lady saying that we are behind in payments
I said, I have never missed a payment how can this be
She stated that we don’t have insurance on the equipment and have been getting charged a fee
I said we have insurance, and always had insurance it was requested that we have it before we got the loan.
She said she didn’t have it on file and we have been getting charged.
I sent her a copy of what I sent in at the beginning, and I requested a balance reflecting all of the payments that were made. She then stated that the fees will be waived and it will take a month to reflect the actual balance
Approximately July 20th 2018 I get an email from the same lady saying that she needs documents with a date showing when we had insurance so she could waive any fees that occurred.
I emailed her back and told her the date of the insurance (which was on the forms that were previously emailed)
I then referenced our last conversation where she stated that the fees would be waived and it will take a month to reflect,
I told her how frustrated I was and have been with Wells Fargo and this whole process
I then get an email requesting to “recall” her last email to me
Poor Customer Service…
Harassed over the same thing multiple months…
Still don’t have a balance to reflect the actual amount that I have paid on the HVAC…
I even mentioned the commercial I saw about the rebranding for Wells Fargo …
She stated “that’s not the equipment branch”…

Been having issues with wells fargo this past week. They’re system was down over the weekend and charged my account twice. I put in a claim to get my money back and a couple of days later I received an email saying that the issue had been resoved but yet my account still doesn’t show the credit anywhere. You guys advertise that you’re re-established but all I see is that you haven’t changed, still taking money from your customers and not willing to correct any mistakes that you’ve made
Wells Fargo will cash checks from their Project Home customers in their Tucson Arizona Banks without an ID because they know them at that particular branch on Grant Street but they will not let a notary notarize a Health Care Proxy from their doctor even with a temporary ID from the DMV in by those the event of a stolen or loss wallet. I believe they can and should do better.
Wells Fargo opened 2 accounts in my name, for someone in another state, without my knowledge or my permission, using a fake driver’s license, address and phone number for me and a photocopy of an unsigned account application. When they got caught, they outright lied, in writing, to both the CFPB and the OCC, while dragging their feet to run out the clock on the statute of limitations. What Wells Fargo did, cost me my home, my business and everything I have ever owned in my entire life, because the bank I’ve done business with for over 25 years, was too dishonest to own up to the crimes their employees commit.

The Wells Fargo in Santa Ana was so unprofessional dealing with the circumstances, that I would advise anyone thinking of opening an account at that branch, to think again.
The Branch Manager, Vincente Hernandez, seemed like a new bank teller in training, mire wirried about taking his lunch break, than putting a customers satisfaction first. He is definitely not someone that I would trust working with my money.

I have spent the day trying to reach someone about Issues with my brokerage account. My calls were but directed from one phone center to another. While a representative finally filed a complaint for me she proved that she did not understand the matter and the urgency involved.
Both my son and I bank at Wells Fargo. I’ve been a customer for almost 8 years, while my son who had a student account went in Friday to reopen his account after closing it when he lost his job. We went to the very location he originally opened the account. This was in the latter part of Friday afternoon. He advised a teller of what he wanted to do, and the teller prompted us to have a seat and a banker would be right with us. As we sit there, here comes this woman who is upset for having to open an account this late in the day and how this utterly “messes up her plans after work! She begins drilling my son on whether or not he has his ID, old ATM card and his Social Security card. My son tells her he does not have his actual card, but he has record showing he applied for a replacement. She says she wants his actual card and won’t open the account. His information was on file all she had to do was pull it. She chose not to. My son got upset and walked across the street to Chase Bank where they were able to Open an account without any Social Security card. They were much more friendly at Chase. I too, am closing my account with Wells Fargo and going to Chase. Very unprofessional.

I just signed a petition against your investment in the destructive Dakota Pipeline. It was blocked. Is your bank now just as insensitive to the voice of Americans as the White House has become? If so, this is not an association that will serve your image, your profits, nor your conscience well! Nobody wants this (or any) oil pipeline except the profiteers. You have the choice to either understand that, or suffer the consequences. It was extremely rude of you to block my signed petition. I will remember that also.
