  1. By fr the worst customer service in Canada. Basically you are purchasing product without warranty and Nike will do the best they can to discourage you! Absolutely poor and terrible customer service

  2. Nike is the only company I have dealt with who will not provide a prepaid shipping label for a return. I bought a pair of Nike pros after 3 wears they ripped. Nike was expecting me to pay 20$ to send the damaged product to them. Disgusting. I have dealt with many other company’s who would accept pictures or the company’s ALWAYS sent prepaid shipping labels. I think Nike should be ashamed of themselves. The product Nike pro shorts ripped after 3 wears they they will not stand by their product.

  3. YALL ARE ABOUT TO HURT YOURSELVES INTO OBLIVION RELEASING ALL THESE SHOES LIKE THIS , you need to take the time to readdress or yall will fail one day been a supporter of nike forever now tbh yall have ruined the name wont be long before yall are just like under armour.

  4. Nike just constantly exploites the blk community we never gets notification on anything it’s a constant pattern can’t buy at retail always have 2 go 2 eBay or stock x 4 double the value of the shoe discrimination at its best I have a huge social media following & we’re definitely seriously considering a boycott of your brand without blk dollars nike and?

  6. Bought a pair of Nike shoes at Big 5 in Lewiston ID. The sol;e came off at the the toe on the right shoe. Took it back and Big 5 was kind enough to re place them. Two weeks was all it took for the toe on the right shoe to separate. I put some gorilla glue on it to hold it together but it’s white and the shoes are black. Looks weird but the glue is good and appears to hold the shoe together. SO now I go around telling everyone that stares at my shoes I am very loud and explicit as I explain that this is the second pair of CRAPPY NIKE shoes I have recently had that fall apart after a short time. Just an observation but a bit more spent on glue to hold the product together may be better spent, than trying to be a PC corporation that panders to “woke” stupid illiterates. Even those idiots may not continue to buy shoes that fall apart

  7. WHY? Your new Nike campaign with Colin Kaepernick. I have purchased your products as far back as 1971 the first Nike waffle running shoe. As of today I will no longer purchase any Nike products. I Coached on the High School level for many years. Head Football, Head Track Coach and so on. All our new football uniforms were Nike, as a Track Coach I promoted your shoes because I thought they were the best product for our athletes to wear, for their health and performance. I am just one person but I have taught many thousands of students. This makes me very sad because I no longer will buy Nike products and I will campaign to all that I know, and say, because of Nike’s decision to support the NEEL issue is completely WRONG! Please DO NOT PURCHASE NIKE products EVER again. This is such a BAD DAY for ALL.

  8. I’m trying to find out how to get my sons 4 iron replaced as we bought it about 8 months ago and the shaft just broke in half while he was one the range.

I live in California. Please advise.

  9. Late January 2017 I purchased a pair of $135 Nike Sneakers that have FAILED Quality Control…and Nike’s Customer Service ‘Chat’ Room will not provide ANY satisfaction. I’M INCREDULOUS!

  10. I am shocked that such a good international brand has gone to its bottom in India.
Whenever u complain by mail i just get reply we will contact u ASAP even after constantly mail for more than a week i sme reply not in INDIA iI think nike should change its wording from
‘JUST DO IT’ to JUST BUY N CRY
This is my review because i had complain on phone & mail about flipflop even after 4 mail just t same reply: We will contact u ASAP
