  1. On June 26, 2023, I spoke with a Verizon representative about the increase in my monthly billing charges. In actuality, Verizon has been charging me more than necessary for basic amenities to my home for years, which made me very angry. The monthly cost for basic services is not even $60, while Verizon was charging me close to $80. I was given better service and informed that my monthly cost would be $79.99. Due to the fact that I use Verizon services for my cellphone, I was eligible for a $20 discount on my Verizon intranet bill, of which $10 was for autopay and $10 was for mix-and-match. Additionally, I’ll receive a discount on my mobile services.

I contacted Verizon because my bill was $89.99 per month instead of $79.99, and I spoke with Laurie, who identified herself as a supervisor, but was actually extremely unpleasant. I was treated as though Verizon was providing me with free services. This needs to be delivered to corporate headquarters.

  2. I have been trying to get the address to send my old phone back. I have talked to several people and the Verizon Office in Ooltewah, Tn. and they are nice, but I have still not gotten what I need. I keep getting Emails from Verizon about sending my phone back. Can you help me.

  3. I would like for someone to fix my tablet, a black man in the verison store on 185 th in Hillsboro, OR wouldn’t fix my tablet and told me to leave the store. Mr. Lowell McAdams just what kind of a company are you running….You sell something than you won’t fix it. I going to cALL YOU TOMORROW ABOUT MY TABLET AT YOU STILL AT 1 212 395 1000, IF YOU CAN WHY DON’T YOU LOOK UP MY PHONE NUMBER AND SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS…..OR…. you can have a tech call me about my tablet. Best regards, this problem is hard to explain on e-mail.

  4. verizon prepaid wireless cannot re-activate a vanity phone number. the number is my lifeline…

i have been on the phone with customer service for hours.

    i need immediate help

  5. We changed our bill due date, and were assured the money would NOT come out on the old due date, but it did, causing overdraft fees, and a hardship, since we were having an emergency, which was the reason we changed the due date in the first place. When Verizon sent us an alert that they embezzled the money from our bank account on the old date, we called customer service again who said they would revers the charges, and put the money back in our account. BIG FAT LIE!! I expect this to be resolved in a timely manner please. Social media can be a mother.

  6. Their tech support people are first class…when you eventually get to them. The management set up the system for their own convenience…user friendlyness or logic is not familiar to the management. just paying a bill is a 10 minute exercise.very disappointing, I will change to another carrier asap.plus they seem to be perpetually understaffed and unprepared for customers.

  7. I called today for a simple question regarding my account and was switched over to a different plan without me knowing about it at that moment know they don’t want to reimburse me for their mistake and now I’m being charged for it. Sprint has better customer service than Verizon. Very disappointed at Verizon Wireless.

  8. I was helped today by a Sales Rep named Andrew Turner in High Point NC. I’ve been a verizon customer for at least 12 years and I’ve never had a more pleasant experience than with this young man. I was switching from Samsung to Iphone and he was so helpful and pleasant. It was really refreshing to experience GREAT customer service where in today’s times is normally hard to find. It was very patience and informative and took the time to answer all my questions. Awesome employee!
