  1. Because of poor networking service I’m leaving after 10 years. My contributions to your multi million dollar company has come to a end.

  2. I have warranty on husbands phone and no one will honor warranty cause a 6 mo old phone is “out of date”. So I asked to cancel plan before due date. I was told that since I had auto pay I had to wait for the payment to clear before I could cancel family plan and switch my phone to different account. I called call center spoke to Christine employee id # 304886. She proceeded to put me on $50 promotion plan and charge me $67 a month. After waiting an hour on hold to speak to her. Now my phone won’t even work properly. I want this matter resolved and I want her fired for incompetence and unfair business practices.

  3. I was recently lied to in Fontana California by one of you sales reps. I have 4 phones I went to go pay my bill yesterday and the girl said if you pay 10 dollars more all four of your lines would be unlimited data so I said OK I was paying 140 a month so I paid my bill then she did a second transaction for ten more dollars to make all for of my lines unlimited. Well she lied this is just to let you know I’m a inspector for the trucking industry and have hundreds of customers since we went to our regular metro store the girl there tried to get it fixed but your customer service was not helpful at all. So I plan to ruin your company by social media CB radio I’ve been a loyal customer for years as of next month I plan to cost your company as much business as I can

  4. Store 1827 e little Creek road has ripped me off and some fishy stuff is coming out of that store bought a phone doesn’t work they won’t replace it manager is in on the fraud and I’m going to press the issue further metro PC’s has disappointed me entirly

  5. Rebate system is a joke. I have been on hold for 42 minutes now. Upgraded my phone at a metro PCS store who told me there was a rebate on it. I recieved a text saying it was not an eligilble location. They Dont care about the customer.!!! Rule #1 in Business. Customer is first.

    1. Bill, the same thing is happening to me. The in store service is very unprofessional. They have failed to tell me time after time about different, policy’s that the devices I have purchased carry until after I purchased them. Saying it is clearly written on the receipt. Well u will not receive a receipt until you have paid for the merchandise. So how do u know what it says before u receive the receipt.

  6. They are terrible, been with them for a while and no one seems to wants to help me. Have been told multiple lies about upgrading and can’t even upgrade. online store rep was very rude and tried charging me $25 for a sim card, explained to customer service and they told me to go back to the store, that’s probably just their price. It made no sense so called back in to get account number to switch and was quick to give it to me.very disappointed considering I have worked retention for awhile and I would get fired if I didn’t try to save a customer. very dissatisfied and will never recommend metro pcs

  7. Problems. Jacked up phones. Returned 1 hour after want exchange or refund. Was told to upgrade. Really. I just bought the 2 phones an hour earlier. Staff rude, not knowledgeable. Heading to corporate. I am not paying more upgrade fees. I will take legal action. I have all receipts and call documentation. Would not recommend. Its a flat out money trap.

  8. im dissatisfied with being charged $30 to activate my metro pcs phones . This service is free when u call customer service but the people at the store dont tell u this , they make you pay $ 15 for each activation telling me thats the only way it can work , this is not good business

  9. I am not satisfied right now. My data still has not reset. I’ve tried to reach customer service. Not helping me at all. Also tried on the website. Of course, not available right now either. I will not be paying for this one whole day that I’ve had problems. If I have to, I will be done with Metro Pcs.
